It's s really true that studying only is not the sustainable solution to make oneself intelligent and ahead of others. One need to indulge themselves in various other activities where the body movement is happening like some sports, dancing etc. These activities make the person efficient in their efforts and time, also improves one's focus and concentration.

@@CA65730 Shloks are like stotras or verses whereas Mantras are special sounds or hyms for eg. rhim rhim hum hum fat swaha.. these are mantras, shlokas are more like poetic verses
