Lost Bear Brews is a small Nano Brewery in Washington state that focus' on IPA's, Saison's and Sours. Our goal is to craft beer that sparks a conversation from curious flavors and origins.
Being a home brewer for over 10 years before starting a Nano Brewery I have tried a ton of different gear, setups and have iterated on my configuration; Building the infrastructure myself and learning along the way. I aim to make this channel a home to share the knowledge and insights, so please let me know if the comments below what you would like to see!

Came to see information on the brewtech unitank. It's a beast. I just started brewing mead and 6 gallon glass carboys just aren't enough. I want to start doing 1/2 barrel or 1 barrel runs. I like that they have a cooling manifold because mead is generally brewed fairly cool and I don't have great temperature controls currently (set the house AC! lol). Thanks for the video! I've subscribed and will be watching more of your videos.

Love the idea of this channel, great to know what it’s like at this size brewery. Love to see footage of brew days, how things are different from a home brew, the different challenges of larger brews etc.

Fantastic video! Definitely want to pick your brain on a garage based brewery in the PNW. Almost did it in Federal Way, and then I moved to Nevada. But now I’m back and ready to try again!
