Explore GMA Cavite Philippines with me. Sometimes when people think of the Philippines, they envision places like Palawan and Boracay. And sometimes they think of just the urban metropolis of the Metro Manila area. Not too many think of how it's like just outside the city where things are a lot more laid back, and the air tends to be a lot cleaner. Cavite Philippines is just a hop, skip and a jump from Metro Manila, and is a place where a lot of locals commute back and forth for work. The real estate is much more affordable, and for some, it's a great place to raise a family and still live near the city. Join me as I explore GMA in the Cavite Province (54 Minutes). Thanks for watching! =) *Again, so sorry for my squeaky brakes!!!
@@maxwellsmith9045 I know, I know =) It's a new bike and I already think I need new pads, already talked with the manufacturer, so let's see what happens =)
Quick facts, for those who doesn’t know,GMA stands for “General Mariano Alvares” i lived here when i was like a baby(maybe 3-4 yrs old) it was all pretty much grass, trees and farms that time(i still have some vivid memories of it haha)…
I used to walk these streets everyday hanngang 17yrs old ako till lumipat kami sa australia. now im 33 and watching this, sobrang nakaka flashback and sentimental pag nadadaanan uli yung mga eskenita na dinaanan ko nung elementary ako hanngang mag high school. Its amazing how so much have changed yet still stayed the same. Thank you sir.
Love this! I'm sitting in my back yard. I can see approx. 30-50 miles on a clear day looking east from somewhere Montana. Small town America. 1,000 people on a good month. Then I tune into your channel and BAM! people EVERYWHERE! If I see 'one' truck/car a day drive by. I actually get out if my chair or drop my axe for a sec just to take a look-see. So thanks for this upload from half way around 🌎!
My pleasure, and thanks so much for watching from Montana, I've done some mountain biking on Whitefish and had a small vacation in Kaliispell, had so much fun =)
Damn, I miss my childhood hometown, my childhood friends, the unrelative poeple who used to be my titos and titas and I used to go school here at Karunungan Village Academy 10:02, I wish I can go back :
@@KryptoTrekker I am curious to know if this ride was when kids were out of school? there seem to be so many children running around. I really enjoy these videos, my brother just moved to this province and I am watching videos to get a feel for what his life will be like over there. Thank you
As an American I enjoy seeing how Filipinos live. Seems like a lot of people just wandering around with nothing to do. Reminds me of American government employees.
thanks for making these videos, continue to do so, Its interesting to see the people in the back streets & how they all live, Ride safety salamat Kuya.
Another awesome tour KT! Thank you! 🙌 If you're taking requests, please consider doing a biking/walking tour of the Malabon/Tugatog area where I was born. My family used to live there from 1968-1975, before immigrating to the US. 😊
I have no idea, but I don't get into that stuff my friend. From what I know, TimK is a really nice guy and he and his family does a lot for the community, that's all I know, thanks for stopping by!
That’s a jeep, some people spell it as jip to not confuse it with the jeep cars. They’re actually not busses but I don’t know what to call them, no ac or anything there’s just seats side to side.
We're breeding like rabbits. There's a big discrepancy between population growth vs what our country's infrastructure and economy can support. It's not looking good TBH.
You really bummed me out with this video. You did not even go anywhere further north of the city hall. So i did not get to see where my family lives, or my church, or anything. You stayed on the south side of gma and did not do any other video of the north side or gma. There is way more to the town. 😔
People always wear flipflops everywhere in the Philippines even outside except for cold areas like Tagaytay and Bagio, because it’s hot out here and wearing shoes to the streets is very rare.

Is it true what they say about TimK that people out there where he's at in the Philippines don't like him?

Great video! But the sounds of dogs in distress is heart breaking.
REAL interested in the side cart on those 20" bicycles......could u do a vid on them??
do you think it would be safe to bike with you at some time ?
Hi good morning
Good morning =)
are you riding a bicycle? image stabilization? nobody seems to notice your camera, stays level, very smooth, and moves quickly. how do you do that?
Yes and yes Kevin, it's a gimbal camera, feel free to check out my full gear list in my video description, thanks for watching!

Aqui no Rio de Janeiro temos ônibus 🚌 metrô aí tá muito atrasado..
Sayang hindi kita nakita jan hahaha, kakaway sana ako sa camera mo eh
Love the videos, but why do you do abrupt cuts like at 23:05? It kinda breaks the flow.
Thanks so much, and the reason for that is due to scenes that showcase either nudity, extreme profanity or copyright, thanks for watching!

We have gas stations too, but it’s far more where there’s more vehicles coming and not people.

The side streets is where can see the real misery.
