I HAD TO STAND ON THE SOFA SCREAMING ALMOST FELL AND HURT MYSELF GO KASIA GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
I'm not crying you're crying 🥲
🤣🤣🤣
no, you are crying 🥲
What? If you want to cry, that's your problem.
We were all crying❤
One of my favourite things about this win is how many of the peloton as well as photographers and journalists were so happy Kasia won. It says a lot about someone when almost everyone in the sport, even your competitors, are happy for you winning.
Your videos are golden! Great storytelling, and race insight. So much more than other channels with summaries. You make the sport so much fun to watch!!
Get off your knees and wipe your mouth
Borghini said in an interview that she was riding for Realini until the last few kms, when Realini said she didn't have it. So it was an impressive ride for third in fact.
She is always in the first riders. Maybe missing some strategy to win.
Typical rookie mistake. Leave it to the end to tell them you ain't got it today.
What happened to realini this year?
"Elisa Longo Borghini post race interview FW" is the interview I saw on this platform. She just said Gaia was suffering from the conditions so much she was done before the final climb.
@JaemanEdwards it's not a rookie mistake. Sometimes you just don't know until near the end
I never knew Kasia was this loved. I'm absolute stoked she won, I hope she wins so many more. No one deserves it more.
A really lovely interview as well.
What I love most about this is how she never looked back at the end. So often you see riders losing by a wheel length after looking back several times but this was great to see.
As Anthony McCrossan noted on the broadcast, it was incredible how Niewiadoma never looked back after making the winning move. Just had the confidence and commitment to go for it.
Appreciate this upload.
So happy Kasia got back on a winning path in road race.
Kasia ❤❤❤
Very happy 4 Kasia Niewiadoma ! 🎉😁
❤
The best cycling victory this year. Maybe in the last few years. We love our cycling queen..❤
Well deserved win for Kasia!
Thanks for the great video
Victory weel deserved after being so close for so long :)
When I watched the finish online yesterday, I didn't hear any of the commentary in the last 100 meters because I was cheering so loudly for Niewiadoma.
Kasia went full Alaphillipe! Brilliant win
She gave a good vibe to so many races! Long in the making but oh so sweet :-)
Such a wonderful edition and deserving winner. 😍
SO many 2nd and 3rd places and now she got it!!
So close so often. Finally it all worked.
Yeah, great win by Kasia! Win long overdue. I love her style ... always aggresive, wanting to ride. In this race especially, she really showed her progression: saving energy to explode when it mattered and it payed off. Clever riding! Well deserved and certainly in these circumstances (I'm from BE, I experienced it firsthand only not on my bike 😀). I'm happy for her ❤🔥
Races under brutal conditions with attrition are won with perseverance and heart, so they are often the best victories.
what a fantastic finish. great race
LETS GOOOOOOO KASIA!!!!
Great respect for Kasia, very well deserved !
So well deserved victory! So happy for Kasia. Congratulations, girl!
Finally the victory all her hard work deserves!!
Theres no guarantees but imagine how we would look at Newiadoma if she had been winning all these races over the years instead of placing behind Vollering etc
wow what a final effort there. i can feel the burn from here
Great to see her win.
What an awesome finish… edge of the seat stuff ❤️💪
Been rooting for her since last year. Finally!
Kasia, you're the best! Winning or not, we'll always cheer for you! Keep it up!
Amazing very happy for her!
Nice win 👍
well deserved, brava Kasia!!!!!🎉🎉
3:48 Friterie de la Vallee confirming all cliches about rust belt Wallonia.
So happy for Kasia!
Great vid.
Much better Weather lucky Winn was
Overdue! Could be a real contender
For Olympics 😜🔝❤️
Brawooooo🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Kasia!!!!❤❤❤❤❤
I don’t get why SD sent kopecky up the road? Should’ve used her to pull on front and not Demi. She probably burnt a few matches there!
Looking forward to your LBL Review.
I am in love. Seriously, serious in love.
Awesome
Another exciting race by the women! Congrats to Kasia!!
Moment of the 2024 season thus far. Kasia should know she inspires thousands and thousands of her fans. Even her fellow professional racers loved this victory. This is why we love sport.
Ayyyyy go Kasia!!!
Drinking game for Elisa Longo Borghini, see you at the emergency room.
Can we shorten the name to ELB or something? If it works for MVDP it surely can work here too
👏
04:32
look at their breathing....freaking cold
😊😊😊😊😊
Brawo Kasia!!!!
Elisa Lamborghini
Elisa Longo Lamborghini
You guys are so creative. Who would ever think that original name up ?
@@JaemanEdwards thanks
@@schattelux4827 Elisa Lamborghini, and Elisa Balsamico, that's how I remember them, and also Paladin of course.
Great names, great riders
Kasia is by far my favourite female rider with Moolman Pasio and Cecilie Uttrup Ludwig right in there. They're the reason I watch.
Kasia is sooooo awesome. She deserves everything in the world. What an exceptional athlete and such a splendid person!!!
I'm so fucking HYPED! KKAASSIIAAAAAAAAAAA.
Kasia is the most deserving race winner in a long time. Someone who is so often in the mix for the win should have had many victories in the last 5 years.
LR: "When You Haven't Won for FIVE Years and THIS Happens "
Niewiadoma: "You know, right. I quenched my Thirst for First"
Is fisher-black related to Finn from team uae, if so how
yes that’s Finn’s sister
Great stuff Patrick. This is why we love your analyses, you don't forget that the cyclists are human also.
Love how over 5 long years Kasia N never gave up always gave 100% and never gave any excuses for not getting the W. What a wonderful interview.
KASIA RAHHHHHHHHH
MY SHIRT IS STILL OFFFF RAHHHHHHHH
Kasia! You're so damn strong! 🔥🔥♥
Wait, so who was it that win the Gravel Women World Championship?
Kasia did but the competition in gravel at the moment doesn't compare to road. Kasia also showed up to the final race of the lifetime Grand Prix last year and blew that race up, and those ladies are the best gravel riders in the U.S.
@@daviddrake5663 those American gravel ladies are in different categories. Compared to Kasia those girls are high end amateurs. Good but still amateurs. KASIA is in another league
@@kubackjeee I agree. Gravel just hasn't attracted the best yet. Keegan wins nearly every race he's attends and he placed a respectable 5th at the gravel championships but was waaaaay behind Mehoric.
@@daviddrake5663 yeah but Keegan is also in his own league in U.S. Destroying others like kids
This win certainly shows where a gravel uci rainbow jersey falls in the hierarchy of legitimate cycling.
Kasia 💪🏁
I agree that Nieviadoma has improved, but Vollering is also just considerably worse than her level last year, at least so far.
I think it was a combination of factors. Nieviadoma has seemed the strongest in races before, but lost either because, as you said, she goes too early, or the race simply doesn't play out in a way so she can win. I remember a version of Amstel, where she was clearly the strongest and was able to drop everyone on the ramps, but Boels had numbers and kept bringing her back on the flatter parts. Being virtually unable to beat anyone in a sprint finish also doesn't improve her chances of winning.
Do Demi and Lotte ride for the same team? SD has issues
Demi is ag2r
Yeah. They only win most of the races and not all of them this year. Real issues. What a useless team.
Yes, they ride for the same team. I don't know what the other guy is smoking. There is a rumoured ag2r transfer possible at the end of the season, but we really don't know yet.
Didn't see many issues today either. Vollering just wasn't strong enough.
@@Tibovl Yeah they're only winning most of the races and not all of them this year. Real issues.
@@schattelux4827 Demi is struggling without that secret Juice she used to all of a sudden be beating Annemiek.
I wouldn't watch ANY cycling if it weren't for this channel.
Who doesnt love this incredible cyclist K❤SI❤
Finally, Kasia got it! :)
I've thought for years Kasia would never win again riding on Canyon Sram. The lack of team support, lack of tactical nuance, always on her own at critical moments. I'm so happy for her its finally come good on one of the most iconic races of the season
Kasia is such a cutie. And a superb athlete.
Kasia is awesome !!! 😍😍🤩🤩😻😻🤩🤩😍😍😻😻
Kasia detonated the field on that climb. she's tough as nails.
💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
Jeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
The greatest moment in cycling history since GC G won the Tour
Demi Vollering tot Canyon next year?! :)
After Van Vleuten's retirement I would rather recommend Movistar to get her. They don't have a real stage race GC contender, at the moment that team is in shambles with Lippert still recovering from her stress fracture and being more a one day or single stage contender.
Wow, this race had some serious soap opera tactics.
She buried them on that hill , congratulations 🥂
SD Worx looks like a team with an uncertain sense of themselves - Kopecky's victories aside, it's strange to me why team leadership elected for her to become the presumptive leader, especially before it was confirmed that Vollering was bound to leave. Feels like a situation akin to Visma's 2023 Vuelta, though Vollering's recent run of poor form shouldn't have been enough to sway ownership in favor of Kopecky. It's possible I'm missing something but the poor tactics on display here signal something considerably more serious than communication errors
Niewiadoma = Knew-I-Adore-Her
Wow that's so cringe...
@@kristopergriffin9774 merci!
Canyon SRAM hadn't won a race since this for 5 years??
not sram. kasia hadn't. canyon hadn't for like 1 or 2 years until last year. they've drastically improved since the arrival of magnus.
She has very nice teeth.
Kasia "attack too early" Newiadoma
It's probably because for once she couldn't have her jersey open... 🙄
@@kristopergriffin9774 Damn that cold weather.
有中文翻譯卻沒有中文字幕是怎樣?中國人不能看中文字幕嗎?
At LBL Ifelt the same. After2x seconds...
Katarzyna Niewiadoma!!!!!
First
I love the analysis of the ‘tactics’ in WBR as they just seem to have the tactical acumen and awareness of a flock of headless chickens.
To be fair, the same applies to many mens WTR too - see Tour of Flanders for a prominent example. Also see the mens La Fleche Wallonne where the majority of teams couldn't understand a weather forecast with the majority riders getting hypothermic and DNFing.
@@philipk4475 why when someone criticises women's cycling. someone always finds a need to compare it to mens cycling...
'they're completely different sport' - Serena williams.
Polish X-woman
Kasia beat Vollering but SDWorkx beat themselfs with bitchfight instead of tactics
How is it possible that you can't stand up and pedal with 400 meters to the finish? It's different muscles than seated and easier IMO very strange.
You clearly have never been on your limit to say such a nonsense!
gelukkig Vollering niet.
Congrats to the current gravel world champion who "hasn't won a race in 5 years"
Congrats to you for being a pedant
I think it's quite clear he meant road race
and the winner of the dumass award is...
I know what he meant, I just think she should be given credit for her accomplishments instead of talking about what she hasn't done. Beating Vollering is no small feat and this is the second time she's done it in just over 6 months.
@@davidtt8372 makes sense, from now on ima call mvdp 7 times world champ. (6 cx + 1 road). subsequently, winner of 211 races (162 cx + 49 road). making him the winningest rider of all time, second only to merckx.
Tennis. Does anybody care who might be a star any more??
oh look the little girls are pedaling their bicycles.
Wow what a lovely way of belittling people that have been working their ass off for years, experiencing grueling pain for days on end just to accomplish being able to start for this race. And please just keep in mind that absolutely every single one of these racers would smoke you in a race
Oh look, little boy posting from his mums basement.
You'd get dropped in a millisecond by these pros
Where's your bike little girl ? I always thought bike riding was a girly sport anyway. As a rugby player I'd much rather watch the women than a bunch of little skinny men in tights.
You’ve got mommy issues.
