Hi Russ, I usually watch your videos on the Tv so don't leave comments. I wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your videos. I've watched for a longggg time. I'll be in Quartzite soon, hope our paths cross. Thanks for all you do.
Perfect place to be right now. You are having some of the best weather in the country. As long as you like beautiful blue skies, sunny warm days and great sleeping temperatures at night. Thanks Russ.
Hi Russ always enjoy when you to the dam dad worked there we lived in the camp. its like old home week hi. sure would love to make trip out there but don't see that happening. sure has changed used to have self guided tours down to the generator floor and could see in the glassed in control room.
Hi Russ Thanks for bringing back memories of ten year of travel from england to freinds in Arizona .just love its scenery is amazing .Big thanks to you 🇬🇧👍👍👍
I especially enjoy the view East bound from Bullhead City to Kingman on Highway 68. The rather steep grade and the scenic views of towering buttes, spires, cliffs and just the rocks, are terrific!
🙋♀️Hello Russ! So glad to hear you took some time off to enjoy Thanksgiving. Davis Dam was nice to see. Loved the blue water against the brown landscape. Really nice RV park closer to the Marina. Exciting to hear you'll be a part of the Christmas Parade. Would love to see the parade. Looking forward to your next video.
Hi Russ. Happy to hear you had a nice Thanksgiving. I sure love all of that part of the country. My brother is back in Laughlin at the Riverside parking lot. All of his buddies are there. You can stay for free. Good to see you.
Personal memoriesfrom Thanksgivings long time past. Childhood in the early sixties, would see all our camping gear packed into our 16' Glaspar. After a trip from Corona, east of L.A., across Davis Dam (yes, I remember that) to Katherine landing. After the boat went into the water and a lunch in the cafe, we set out up the lake (with barely enough room for Mom, Dad, and 3 kids) maybe ten miles or so. After finding a fairly flat section of shoreline, the boat was beached, the tent was pitched, and a long weekend of fishing, swimming and exploring was had. I often wonder, with everything now in the ownership of the U.S. Guvment, if that is still allowed? Luv your vids!
We Love RVerTV - Grand Journey Thru United States America - Grand Videos - Grand Music . Thank you Russ. Winter here in Huron Kinloss Township, Ontario, Canada ; 4 inches snow ; cool. Canadians Need RVerTV Eh.
Great job , Russ. I might check this out in early January on the way to Quartzite. Thank you as always for your advice . I feel well prepared thanks to you.
Another great video. What I love best about your videos is being able to pull up my google maps, get into satellite view and journey along with you. There sure is a lot of spots to see north of where you left off. What temps are you having right now. I’m loving that all the places you have been to lately do not seem to have a lot of visitors. Something to keep in mind when I start my traveling.
I do love the drive on the 68 through the pass there. Just beautiful prestine mountains untouched from the days of mining there and still in the condition they are from thousands of years of rain, hail, snow, wind, heat and cold. Natural areas (compared to the hills that have been dug, caved in and the sides removed of Cochise County on the other side of the state)
Nice Russ..hope all is well. Enjoyed your show video of lake Mohave...it looks so gorgeous. We are watching....take care...Carolyn and Colin...Osoyoos...
Hey Russ a great one as always! That pass you came thru on 68 is named Union Pass. The other side of the road from you stopped at (free BLM) used to be a tiny "settlement" that was owned by an enterprising mom and pop that had a fuel and water stop. It was water first and hay for the team. Later in the teens or 20's they built a Conico (?) gas station and a small motel. Like 3 or 4 rooms. Pretty cool place to explore. They even had apple trees. Glad to see Mojave was holding her own tho you could see a little bath-tub ring around it. Just a little. First time across that dam for me was 1977. Memories....
Yes indeed, the winds blow more often than not in the Bullhead City/Laughlin area of the Colarado River. In fact, the wind can spoil the otherwise perfect weather during Fall and Winter months in the area.
Hello Russ! I've been watching your channel for a long time. I lived in Kingman for about 30 years. I go back and visit my son from time to time. I do miss Kingman and surrounding areas My "ol' stomping grounds" as it were. So your videos provide me with Wonderful memories and amazement at how the area grows. Thank you so much for these videos. Keep on a rollin'! ☀️🌻❤️🐘🇺🇲
Hi Russ, Great video if Davis Dam and Lake Mohave. You're right the water levels haven't dropped as much there as in Lake Meade. You deserve some time off with your travels and videos that you have taken over the summer and fall. I always enjoy your narriations and points of interest. Thank you.
We always get our oil changes at Walmart. Often stop night before so we're 1st in line. Buy our filter & oil off shelf & they'll do it for $20-30 and dispose of old oil. 😊
Hey Russ. May I ask what you are using to film this video? I like the quality of it. Thx in advance. P.S. Have you ever been told you have the voice of an airplane pilot? Very relaxing and easy to listen to.
definitely going to check out lake Mojave next time we are in the area! We loved Havasu City, Topock, Oatman and all the way down to Parker on our trip in July!
A friend of mine has a boat took all the way up to Hoover Dam through the gorge. .The depth finder said it was 405 ft to bottom of the water. He could see all the way down, to the bottom. It was crystal clear.
Hey Russ next time bring your side by side your about 2 miles to the entrance to Tyro mine one of the mines that you have to experience, Happy Trails Bud..
Hi Russ. Another great video as usual. I'll be heading to AZ in January so I'll have to start going over all your AZ videos to plan my trip. Just follow your breadcrumbs!
@@SmittyAZ well I have a radiator problem so I guess this time I’ll take the AZ side in case I need a mechanic on the way. Thanks for the info. I’ll try it next time.
This water level is scary! I was in the river a month ago with the seado and hit a "sand bar" or maybe closer to say a "rock bar" but, in the dead center of the river I got off the do, stepping in the ankle deep water to pull the do off the rocks. There are many of these "islands' that one has to keep an eye out constantly in the Bullhead area, south of the casinos. It is scary to think what's going to be in the future especially as they empty Lake Powell and I I heard even lake Mead to have the river continue as it did a century ago, no lake only the river running through. CRAZY!!!
Were you along the 10 through Cochise county recently? I saw a van similar to yours and wondered if it might have been you. I'm located in Pearce/Sunizona just south of Willcox and north of El Frida
Crawl or walk into those caves, find yourselves bats! Lots of em. Probably get hit by at least 100 before you can get back to the entrance! Don't ask me how I know.
The clarity of the water on the lower Colorado is not natural. It's clear because all the sediment from the Rockies and desert has settled to the bottom of the dams. I don't think anyone knows what will be done when the reservoirs eventually fill to the brim with silty mud.
I’m disabled and currently struggling to get outside. I live in the UK, but I traveled extensively in the US in my youth. Your videos keep me sane.

one of the most gorgeous areas ever. you have to see it in person to see all its beauty. a true oasis in the desert
Enjoyed the drone flight over the hills. Really like the area. Thanks Russ.
Another fascinating video. Great job

Hi Russ
Thanks for bringing back memories of ten year of travel from england to freinds in Arizona .just love its scenery is amazing .Big thanks to you 🇬🇧👍👍👍
The blue skies look beautiful compared to the rainy dark skies here in WA. Need to head down there soon to see relatives.
It’s Thumbs Up Rock when you’re headed to Laughlin and Finger Rock when you’re headed back home to Kingman🤣🤣🤣
It's Thumb Butte. I tell people the same thing though.

Hey Russ!!! Another "SUNNY" Day in AZ!!!
Brought back memories of 1951 when my father was doing sign work for dam construction site. We used to camp and fish below the dam.
Hey Russ!
Happy Thanksgiving to you too.
You’re the best.
Hi Russ, glad you post these videos for guys like me that will probably never get to a lot of these places.
Really glad you do not have a long intro song for your vids... thanks for that!!!

Thanks for the video trip. Sitting here watching the snowfall in Ontario.
That senior pass is awesome, what a savings.
Great stuff Russ! Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

And I appreciate your videos so you show me some good areas that I want to explore 2 air ride my bike everywhere I go in quartzsite right now
Question? You talk about all the old mine shafts in the desert.
Do they still mine?
not inside unreinforced mineshafts- at least in california
Really enjoyed this video. Thanks for the trip.
Love Kingman!
Nice Video! Enjoyed ridin.along with you

The old hwy across, remember that many moons ago, the old hwy 68 up to Kingman want a climb. 🤣😁

Another masterpiece! I’m wondering how the Highway down to Bythe CA on the NV and CA side is to drive. Rather than go down through AZ.
Not bad, a few curves and a little remote. Do you want, or need to see Lake Havasu City?
Lots of big trucks and not as scenic. Take the Arizona side!
@@richardross3172 True, but a lot of people hate the traffic lights and traffic of LHC...
@@SmittyAZ I don’t need to see Lake Havasu again and it’s 45 minutes faster from Kingman to Blythe it says.

Russ, I have been expecting a long term review of your Lectric bike. I bought two after your tour of the factory.
I live out here and those places are great when folks take out their garbage......
Because it has a city on its shore Havasu is the one lake that is constantly kept level.
Russ, i did some checking on senior passes in national parks vets also get a free pass. just show there id, or med card.ok rich
Another fabulous video great work and thanks for the info, you see any need to move up to the GoPro Hero 10?
Lake Mohave is always just a little lower this time of year while they expose the ponds to raise the endangered fish.
Looked like plenty of water in that reservoir Russ?
Russ do y'all have Christmas tamales out your way ??
Were you along the 10 through Cochise county recently?
I saw a van similar to yours and wondered if it might have been you.
I'm located in Pearce/Sunizona just south of Willcox and north of El Frida
How deep is the lake
Very informative videos Sometimes i feel that I m watching some GTA video
Is there a beach area anywhere on lake Mohave? Public access beach?
Aww,, Golden Valley is on your map but you skipped it :( .

How's the polluted air. Doesn't brown air settle there. Yucky. Bad air and too hot
WHAT BROWN AIR , ITS BLUE SKIES

The water level between Davis Dam and Parker Dam to the south is strictly controlled by the authorities.

I wish they would NOT develop residential at the lake. Keep the natural beauty as it is. No place for residential!
yer senior pass cost ya $10 lifetime. now it costs $80
How hard is it for a class c too get in these blm camping spots
