절삭유라고 합니다.
금속을 가공할때 많은 열이 발생하는데 이 열을 식혀 공구와 가공물을 보호하려고 분사합니다.
보통 절삭유색은 일반기름과 같이 어둡고 투명한 색인데 물과 혼합하면 막걸리색이 됩니다.
이런 종류의 절삭유는 물과 혼합하여 사용하도록 만들어진겁니다.

Good full-fledged equipment! I have been working for such people for many years. The only thing I didn't see is how the inner grate is cut off
The inner flash peeler, the best I remember, is anchored to the machine before the sides are pushed together for welding and it is a few feet down inside the pipe. The summer of 1970 I worked at a steel mill where this exact thing was done. I worked in the mill that sent the pipe to a stretch mill that took 6 in pipe and heated it, ran it through progressively smaller dies and it came out as small as 3/4 in.
Is there a video of the production of DOM tubing? I often wonder how it is produced. Very interesting to watch the weld flash peeler. It is shaved off while still red and coiled up for scrap. Once again thank you for your work.
Unfortunately, the production process of the DOM tubing method is not covered.
I'll cover it when I get a chance :)

여기 나오는 철실들은 뭔가요?
제작 과정을 보면
생길만한게 안보이는데
용접후 겉면의 용접부분 긁어낼때 같이 떨어져나온 안쪽 용접부분인가 생각했지만
안쪽의 용접부분은 안에 붙은거라서 같이 떨어져나갈리도 없고
그렇다고 긁어내야할 정도로 강하게 붙어있는 용접부분을
가공시 이동되면서 부딪힌 충격으로 떨어져나올리도 없을거고
양 끝단 마무리 가공할때 생긴거라기에는 너무 길이가 길고
무엇인가요
용접을하게되면 외부뿐만아니라 내부에도 비드가 생기게되는데 외면비드를 깍아내는것과 비슷하게 내면비드도 깍아내야기때문에 저런 철실들이 생기는거랍니다!

Wow, I used to work for an exercise equipment company and we had two mills. No where near the automation that this place has. Of course the mill I racked tubing on made tubing for weight benches, and basketball posts. So I racked tubing strapedit up and made sure I stayed up with the mill.

My work involves products made from tube that would be manufactured in basically the same way as shown here, except the tubes are aluminium, wall thickness 0.25mm, and the tubes are between 8mm and 25mm. They are cut and shipped in 3 metre lengths. They go into radiators and heat exchangers for Formula 1 cars and bikes, supercars, and some for aviation.
Na svařovaných trubkách není nic k nepochopení. Spíš by mne zajímaly bezešvé. Na to jsem asi ve škole chyběl... 😀
