- I caught the insane Ferrari SF90 Stradale hypercar/supercar driving in London thanks to @hrowenferrari. This car is the first Ferrari plug-in hybrid electric vehicle, and features a 986 horsepower output, thanks to a traditional combustion engine mated to three electric motors. This video features start-up, driving, revs and also some on-board footage with the car.

Seems like I am a minority here, 'cause I like it very much! All this crazy aero is hidden under elegant design, and for once a huge step forward in terms of interior design. My only concern, however, is a practicality of all these touch sensitive buttons. The noise... is not great at all, but euro standards and regulations are at blame here, not Ferrari. I assume that the magicians at Novitec are already working on it

The car starts in EV mode as the default setting, which means not the best startup sound, right? Was hoping to hear some sounds on the car driving while in one of the other driving modes.
I really enjoy Car Comparos -- I don't know why I still can't find an F8 Tributo vs 488 Pista Comparison - drag-race, Track- Feel Lapimes Torque Usability etc. Now I really can't wait to see how the SF90 stacks up against the La Ferrari in all of those categories and more.

I am really taking a shine to the SF90. Makes the 812 & 488 look little dull. But still that 812 GTS with that V12 is what I would take.

hoping that with an exhaust it will sound similar to a 488 with an exhaust, which is, not amazing, but pretty darn good/acceptable.
The touch buttons though, really not a fan of that, i find them a bit of a faff. I dont see why the trend is going towards this in cars, to make everything futuristic/touch screen. I am not even an old man, I just like a button and a knob, its easy to use when driving.
Love the Look, I just hate how Ferrari always have their show cars look like toys, Bright red, silver wheels; I know its their "thing" but there's so many specs that you could choose to make it look much more appetising; great looking none the less
The dealership store should make their doors wider.
I think it's time for Ferrari to make a clean sheet mid-engine V8. The basic look hasn't changed since the 458.

nodz Not being funny. I know the car starts in EV mode by default and won’t sound good on a startup - but I’ve seen videos of it driving and it sound is better. The title of the video implied there would be more sounds, but there wasn’t.

Front looks boring and the rims are weak. The back looks like it comes from Alfa, which is not bad in general but makes the car look cheap for a Ferrari.

It's a no from me I'm afraid. Loved the sound of the 458 but hated the look. The 488 was sublime looking, but didn't have the sound, now this has neither the sound nor the look. If performance is all that's left, might as well go for a Tesla, and I'd rather not.

The rear looks like a Lotus, not a Ferrari. That and the Roma, Ferrari have gone down a weird path with their car design recently. I think this car on the whole is ugly, it's just an odd looking thing.

It’s gone downhill for Ferrari lately in the design department. 458 Italia and F12 were stunning but everything after those two has been more or less ugly. New Ferraris have too many air intakes and vents.. looks good on a Lambo but doesn’t suit Ferrari at all
