    her hair! sooooooo beautiful! thankyou so much for your advice and tips they changed my life and till now everything is fine I've become a vegetarian now and practicing yoga every day if not every day at least some stretches am doing for 5 mins just makes my day better! evening am doing weights and its a beautiful day to be alive !

    you're so right Ma'am 😊 so lost when waking up. perpetual suffering due to lack of B12 and vit D. plantar fasciitis. Anxiety never leaves too. payback of surviving in Metro
