I recently ordered my 1st hair systems and im waiting on my barber for the install. I have receding temple points and I'm nervous about the hair style I should choose. I'm thinking about doing a mid fade with your hair style up top. Hopefully my barber can blend the systems hair with my bio hair and the fade won't really show my receding too much. Thanks for your help!!! You've helped me actually take the full leaps into getting my hair system. I'll keep you posted when I get it done!!!!
Ah that’s great to hear - glad I could help. If you have quite receded hairlines I’d say go for a slightly receded hairline like I do. Mid fade will be fine
Thanks for addressing this issue. Lordhair and Uniwigs (for a fraction of Lordhair's price) have triangular temple hair patches that cover the area.... So, if one already wears a hair system, it'll require applying 2 more pieces to the temples.
Hi Adam I have unfortunately torn poly systems whilst cleaning which is a nightmare I am looking for the first time to try a Lavivid system I am 50 I do like a fairly good density 8x10 in size a dark brown with 20% grey can you advise on a thicker all poly not a ultra thin and what do lavivid name a thicker poly dark brown 20% grey if you can help I would be most grateful Kind thanks
Hey James. Sorry to hear that, has happened to all of us before including myself! It’s those ultra thin skins that are so delicate, albeit realistic! The one I’m wearing in this vid is a medium thickness skin base - only drawback is it’s 115% density which may be quite a thick density for a 50 year old. You can also get greys. The great colour options are further down when you’re selecting colour percentage. Have you considered a lace base? Those bases hold lighter density’s like 95-105%. The link to the one I’m wearing is down in the description box of this vid inc. the 15% discount code
@@HairSystemDIY superb I’m most grateful for your reply Adam very much appreciated only trouble for me is I do not get on with lace I may get the one you have but in dark brown 20% and if needs be get my stylist to thin it out a little what are your thoughts on that topic of thinning a heavy system?
Hey bro, so I've had smp got him to tattoo in my temple sides.. Been looking at having/trying a hair system so the way I would have it is skin fade when my hair is short looks like I've got hair temples.
Yes I think also the guy with hair pushed back it kind of works but only because he has some greys, is prob in his late 40s or 50s which means recession around there is more likely for most gents that age
to fix this issue I have it also. So you have to have the stylist cut the side hair longer into your own hair .so mine is cut around my ears and combed .it blends and can not tell im wearing a system..have to leave hair longer style. that is the only way...

Seems like a lot doesn’t it! Not only buying the extra pieces but also constantly dealing with lifts from 3 different pieces!!

@jamesbeaumont1823 it can be done. Worth asking your stylist if they think it’s possible to thin it out enough
@@HairSystemDIY Thank you look forward watching your next in depth valuable vlog
4.10 brushed forward sometimes blends getter too
I order custom systems with the base slightly extending to the temple area.
Good idea!

👍
The greying one is the only one that looks natural. Yours looks very new and way to bouncy . Needs a bit of a flatten down I reckon.

Nice!
What about hair transplant on sides ?
Suppose it’s possible but very expensive

Plus use an A front hairline so you will have receding hairline. a c hairline is if you are aged 18-35 after that use A hairline..
Good point! Getting the hairline right can be key!!
