Sometimes good to find someone who uses one if a total newbie and get an idea of what its like to look at close up and ask a few questions. Went up to Tru hair in Bham a few Weeks ago and got sorted again . I wanted a particular thing that they had old stock. Can vouch they have been at it for donkeys years and the experience is worth the bit extra you have to pay.

Hi! Question if I may - I switched from poly to lace and the lace front is bleached so hair line looks good - but I noticed with lace systems now is that the unbleached knots in the center look very bad/fake when parting hair - do you have a solution for this?

I wouldn't take it personally. Whether you like or dislike Hair Systems, you're going to get negative comments. That's the human race for you. I agree, there is still a stigma with men. We're not supposed to be seen as vain.

Adam is making people afraid to try Gluing their Hair Systems again. The biggest concern or questions i always get from people is I don't want to wear a Hair System because I don't know if I would be able to Glue it right. The best thing to do is to not panic and do something about it right away if you get Glue in your Hair. Even using Tape is not perfect because on Lace you can rip parts of the Lace off taking off the Tape.

I use c22... but imo I think its expensive for what it is an it doesn't last very long

In good news I've learnt how to cut my system an blend it with my bio hair it's not 100% but I'd give it a good 90%... I've nearly kracked it an will save alot money... this is my advice for everyone in this space it's the ultimate goal being completely self maintained.

Hey Adam I have a question... after about 3-5 days my scalp at the back starts weep or feels itchy..an if I itch it it will weep?? Any ideas never had this problem in my first year... this has been happening on an off for months... I've always used poly maybe I need to try a French lace for my next unit an just tape the sides.... I'm certain it's the glue causing the problem...I've used all the ghostbonds an it still happens... any other glues which may help? BTW scalp protectors don't make it any better either

Can you use glue on a full French lace? Just at the front that is?

The walkers lace front tabs are a pain in the arse they are to small in my opinion makes it more time consuming taping

He had a procedure called "hair flap surgery " that was popular back in the 80's, its quite ghastly, you may want to look into it, for research purposes

No they would never make me take my Hair off because I think that a lot of people don't know that it is a Hair System and if they asked you to take it off and I had Natural Hair it would embarrass both of us Adam.

Ironic that "no-shine" tape is not that "no shine".

It's not for anyone to dictate gender roles, one way or the other. Although it's ironic to note that if a woman gives most of her time to stay at home, look after the house and raise the kids she is considered suppressed, but if she instead works those same hours at a job for a boss she is considered liberated. Each couple themselves decides what the rules are.

Adam that Hair System is excellent on you man and I like the Density of it and the Color of it with your Natural Hair is perfect and I would think that it was your Natural Hair on the top too if I didn't know that you have Hair on the sides of your Head and I wish that I had that much too. I have a little bit of Hair in the back of my Head but nothing like you have and I could blend a Topper into because it is very Thin and only in patches in the back of my Head and nothing on the sides at all like you have man.

I just ordered the tyler system but I am having it custom made to my preference100 percent density front and surround poly .8mm .center silk freestyle. unobtrusive front hairline with scalloped front. should last longer than my last unit with front lace just lasted me 5 months that is the shortest time i had ever got out of a piece. 36 year hair wearer..

The doo rag technique works , I saw it on your show and started using one . I recommend wearing the elastic sport ones no tie and you could wear them under a baseball cap when your in the sunlight which keeps your hair perfect and untangled …

If HS is puffy or too dense, style the hair as per usual. Lightly spray water on top of the styled hair and gently pat down the hair without disturbing the style. When you get the desired look, lock it in with hair spray. This will give a wet gelled look, which not everyone likes, but it will tame the volume. Alternatively, when styling the HS with a blow dryer, apply some hair oil on your damp locks and stop blow drying when the hair is almost dry; when it's fully dry, it gets more puffy.

i sleep with a durag due to one of your prev videos as its been amazing for my system. Using one for the first time and I'm almost 4 months into mine and it still looks great, still poofy though lol
