    Cool video, great editing!
However, the training plan was terrible. Running one more kilometer on every run is a) too much increase b) not varied enough.
I'm not an expert, but if you look up any training plans or running coach suggestions, you will find the general rule of max. 10% increase in a week. After a 12 km the next week should be max. 13 km, not 21. That's a huge jump! You are saying you take it really slow, but it's actually really fast.
You should also have different intensity and length of runs during the training, if you want to prepare as well as you can. Fast, short interval sessions, slow easy runs, and (for a beginner) only one longer run per week.
Your longest run should not be the last run before the race, because that tires your body for the race. You should reduce the volume before the race.
I agree with your conclusion at the end. You also realized that you should have taken it slower.
Congrats for the race! Keep on running!

Hey there, thanks for the advice. Yeah I should have mentioned it at the beginning of the video; that I’m not a runner and that I wanted to see how things would go on my own, without looking for training plans or anything like that, just try to understand my body on my own. But that wasn’t a good idea. Would have been fine with the body i had in my 20’s but now things are different 🫠
Now I’m gonna plan things more with real advice that have been tested and see how things go from there.
But thanks for the comment, really appreciate it 🏃‍♂️
