What do you mean, premium? They're constantly on sale, to the point that it feels like retailers can't even _give_ them away. This isn't 2021. I've almost bought the damasteel version for $475 a handful of times.
@@CNYKnifeNut again that's not any kinda value to me . Maybe 400 for that used from some desperate unlucky sob but not even the prices your suggesting . I have zeeeero acceptance in any of the hype . It's a good design and a good action but nothing show stopper nothing id change lanes for. it would have to fall outa the sky and land two steps infront of me and have zero other options avail. I don't hate it it's got something going on just not enough to care or try for .
Kevin, Josh at REK Knives in South Carolina, U.S.A. offers a full flat grind at 600 grit for the Spyderco Nirvana. Seeing I live in the province of Québec, I don’t want to have to go through the hassle with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) on the réimportation of my knife (I did watch your video on the stricter CBSA importation rules for folding knives) if I ship it to REK Knives. I’ve been looking for a knife maker in Canada that offers the regrind service. I already tried Kyle Noseworthy and his reply was that he simply doesn't have the time at the moment. Can you refer to me someone who can perform a regrind my Spyderco Nirvana? Also, do you have an email address where I can write you directly? I haven't found one on your UA-cam channel or on Google. Thanks for your prompt reply. All the best to you and your loved ones!
You could just send the blade then you would have no issue, you can also join the Canada Knife and Gear Facebook group there are a couple makers in there one of them could likely help
@@Kevinclearysharpstuff Kevin, thanks for your quick response. Unfortunately, I closed all my social media accounts due to harrassment and threats. I was active in the political arena years ago. I definitely won't be joining any Facebook or other social media groups. So, if you could provide me with the contact information of any knifemaker in Canada offering a regrind service it would be greatly appreciated. I reached out to Blades Canada but they weren't able to refer me to anyone.
I have the damasteel version of the apex and I love it it's the 3rd sharp by design knife
It's nice but I'm not going to pay annnnnny kinda premium for it no way no how

I’m still waiting for your Christian response!
