The Most Delicious Chicken Pilau

A simple but delicious pilau recipe but on this one I used boneless chicken. I was involved with the East Africa Rice Conference and used a rice variant from this region to come up with a rice dish that will make this meal pop!
Ingredients:
2 cups Rice
Cooking Oil
2 medium Onion(chopped)
3 cloves Garlic(crashed)
2 tbsp Pilau masala
300g Chicken meat
3 cups water
