Dont add all the spices at the begging and cook the chicken in a oil a bit first then put aside till u do the onions and spices .But everyone likes it diff i guess. Ni sawa mpenzi wangu just experiment till u get the best result.

I’ll probably sub the chicken with large slices of of portobello mushrooms, or even whole button mushrooms, and maybe throw in a cube or two of vegan chicken flavored bullion cubes.
