The Last Of Sheila, Child's Play (1972) and Murder By Decree are the three films that I remember James Mason best for. I saw him in The Verdict too and that was certainly another excellent performance.
I would have loved for Mrs.Bobbie Wygant to also ask James Mason about his experience working with Stanley Kubrick. Other than that, a very interesting interview by a legendary reporter to one of cinema greats.
This was a nice find and I've never heard of Bobbie Wygant before today. I thought the ending segment with just her asking the questions was interesting. I assume they needed her coverage to edit into the final cut because either the second camera malfunctioned during the interview or they only had one camera period. Anyone know? Looking forward to watching more of her work (I just subscribed to the channel) :)
These actors are great but do you know who is greater? Jesus. He is selfless and loving. He died for everyone's sins, past, present, and future. Be careful when watching these films. We mustn't make these people our idols. Exodus 20:3-5 says "You must not have any other god but me. You must not make for yourself an idol of any kind or an image of anything in the heavens on earth or in the sea. You must not bow down to them or worship them, for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God who will not tolerate your affection for any other gods." Not only that, but the end times are here. 2 Timothy 4:1-5 states "You should know this, Timothy, that in the last days there will be very difficult times. People will love only themselves and their money. They will be boastful and proud, scoffing at God, disobedient to their parents, and ungrateful. They will consider nothing sacred. They will be unloving and unforgiving; they will slander others and have no self-control. They will be cruel and hate what is good. They will betray their friends, be reckless, be puffed up with pride, and love pleasure rather than God. They will act religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly. Stay away from people like that!" This is merely to inform people, not to attack them. God bless.

This UA-cam channel has some rare content! Nice work
I agree 100 per cent. An incredible number of awesome guests & insightful questions.
James Mason is classical meticulously impeccably professional actor
Uno de los mejores actores de la historia del cine!!💖
Seems like he was a very content person! Rich and famous, happily married, was good enough for him! He is one of my favorite actors!
Possibly
Yes, but couldn't even acknowledge his wife as his greatest achievement ... vain, narcissist to the end.....
Oh, please....@@degsbabe
I loved him in the fall of Rome most but he is an excellent artist.for me it's his voice and manirizims ( spelling haha).

Was Mason even nominated for Lolita? ('62). Now THERE'S what had to be one of his (or anyone else' s) greatest performances.

I’m sure he’s had a taste of everything she’s asking him of what he would like.
Should have been nominated for his gallows speech in wicked lady.
" You'll enjoy Mr Barlow. And he'll enjoy you !! ". 😁
5:16 when interviews started to 'dumb down'
Mr Straker!
James Mason was a super actor but he might be appalled how the Oscars Presentation has become. Politicized to a point nobody watches anymore.
…meet me at Locke-Obers…

Jealousy is a terrible trait to have.
He was fabulous. Dopey interviewer, but fabulous actor.
