It would've been cool if they'd put in a mechanic where npc's would die from the virus if you left them long enough (say 5 minutes) after being infected.
It would be a great way of causing chaos in the level without being noticed.

I think it was OnionButter that just recently did a video on H3 levels where he attempted to do the missions like he was actually trying to get away with murder. No damaging cameras, not getting seen, no hiding bodies in closets or dumpsters and no leaving them to be found either, and even picking up the items he brought in with him
