It seems some people are confused in the comment section, for clarification this is a mod for PC that let you play these exclusive contracts available only for Playstation 4 on Hitman 2016. With this mod you can now play these exclusive contracts on PC in offline mode. That's one thing I love about Hitman. There's always at least one ridiculously easy way to eliminate a target.
Finding it, however, is never ridiculously easy... ;-)
Thats not the point! The point of that Game is to find that out!
You can perform a hit and run on Elusive target and dip, but where's the fun in that compared to bait them into getting blow up from a highly combustible kitchen sink.
i just finished all of this with a rifle and kill all guards... even civilian i kill also....

Agent 47 is the only human to grab off a ledge for a full hour without getting tired.
He is actually a modified enhanced clone so basically his abilities are on the superhuman level

Pretty silly that the controller is literally asking you to kill him but as soon as you pull out your gun he begs for mercy and then runs to a guard to get help.

Yes, the infamous "bald dude with a barcode tattoo on the back of his head running into people then dropping a propane tank that explodes a few seconds later only for said bald dude to take a boat away" accident, happens all the time. So tragic when that accident happens and nothing can be done :(

The first Target was horrible. You don't think everybody down on the fashion floor didn't look up after the guy got thrown out the window see you hanging from the ledge
From a real life perspective yes, the execution was horrible and 47 would be noticed immediately. In the Hitman universe, however, no one actually cares about what's going on in a 50 meter radius or so, unless it's gunshots or things that directly affect the NPC.
If you were at a fasion show and suddenly someone fell from high up and hit the person next to you(who should have probably died) would your first reaction be to look up or would it be to run away?

Depend on the file size of the mod, for me it took around a few minutes.

Sarajevo six is only available in hitman 2016 on ps4, this guy is able to do it in hitman 3 via mods

It’s totally opposite to blood money where guards will shoot you immediately if they see you escaping from a restricted area but try to chase you and warn you before getting hostile to you until they finished their warning if they see you entering a restricted area.
I was like why do I remember this mod and then I finally remembered that I played the Sarajevo six on the original hitman 2016 they were really fun missions, but I couldn’t complete them all man I wish they would be added back into hitman three
They took out a lot of the escalations from 2016 too, not that anyone wants escalations.
These were PS4 exclusive so most likely an early PS4 sony exclusive deal that would be too much of a headache legally to remove from exclusivity and get brought back into the game.
Similar with the sean bean elusive target, just a legal write off, too expensive.

@@ManuCarrotman312 Exclusive deal may have been sorted, I mean we have crossplay in games now which we didnt have really when that game released. Plus its an old game. Game companies are more lenient with exclusive stuff now, even PS stuff is on PC.
Its terrible to force people to pay for this though, I mean I own it digitally I guess in 2016 so i should at least get it for free.

Ye, "offline elusive targets". Only works offline. Great for practice.

It was originally a PS4 exclusive in HITMAN (2016), so I assume you can play it on PS5 too, but only in that first game - not in 2 or 3
