Although my recipe is completely different to yours: parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, tomatoes, mint (peppermint), bit of salt and a small amount of bulgur wheat (but I guess you could use quinoa or the grain you used, which I am not familiar with). But the main ingredient is parsley (flat leaf).
