Hi!. How did you manage to separate the skin?
First remove the floating skin which are at the top of the water. Then drain the water fully and let the sprouts and skin dry for 10 minutes. Then again put water, now the skin will float upwards and you can easily remove them. This way you can do 3-4 times till most of the skin is separated out.

so I can thought there is a use of moola . In the receipe ...but potato is used not Turnip

Oh my effin devu. You need a gimbal. Recipe is probably fine. But please at least get a gimbal or put your camera on a tripod and be OK with whatever it captures.
