Wasn’t able to get it done after many many tries.. putting on the aspect of Noxious ice really helped with stagger. I had 3 of my glyphs level 21. The biggest dps increase was increasing stats for all the rare nodes. After switching up my paragon and putting on that aspect, got the kill on my 3rd try. Thanks for the video really helped.
I agree definitely not an exploit because there’s literally dozens of items in the game that help build stagger like penitent Greaves, and switching something out after you stagger for maximum damages, just skill and wits Having fridge and Finesse to six so you get the extra 30% to chill and 60% to frozen procs any time a boss is staggered
Oh in addition there’s an aspect that increases your total critical strike damage by another 25% which will Prok when any boss staggered so you can up your DPS a whole lot more than what’s in this video
Very nice guide. Full with a lot of helpful informations. It has a few misinformations though. If you are attempting the boss with suboptimal gear adjusting those will make the boss a lot easier. Firstly noxious ice doesn’t really work on bosses. Tooltip Kinda explains it. Bosses are not chilled or can’t be chilled with chilling attacks. Chilling attacks adds boss stagger bar. But target needs to be chilled in order or proc the cc. But the 2nd part of the aspect works when the boss is fully staggered. 20% cc duration aspect would be better here. 2nd thing ranged weapon dps doesn’t matter at all for this build. Many 730 xbow can be better that the 3 stat weapons. Xbow is just a stat stick for this build. Please don’t sell/ salvage 730-780 item level Xbow without looking at the stats just because you got the 830 rare from that rare elite. An Extra 60% vulnerable damage from your Xbow will make the fight way easier.
Thanks for the time spent finding this and sharing it with us. Now, and this is regarding Blizzard and the game in general. I see here 2 scenarios and one can't merge with the other one(only if someone has 8+ hrs/day playing). 1st is pushing for the nightmare dungeon, 2nd for Lilith. For each of them, we need different gear, different paragons, and different aspects. And for all this, someone will need A LOT of time. And the majority of the players don't have this time. If, and this regarding to you, a player who spends, probably 10-12 hrs/ day, need it 100+ tries to kill Lilith, think how many tries an average player need. On top of this is the gold for repairs. Regarding my experience, I need around 230k gold for 5 tries. After 1 month of playing around 8hrs/day, I gather 90 mil gold and all the gear that you presented plus the gear to run/test any spec that comes to my mind(I even tried the concealment/shadow clone spec). For the last 2 days, I kept trying Lilith, changing and testing gear and aspects. And like you pointed out I figure as survivability is not an issue, but the dps(like this I end up here). My problem becomes when I start running out of aspects and gold, which means I have to go again and farm the content(which means changing paragon points which takes time). So, my point is, regarding in particular the time, Blizzard should have kept a balance between Lilith and nightmare dungeons regarding the gear and gold.
I certainly feel your pain, I've wasted so much money on repairs and upgrading gear... not to mention replacing countless perfect aspects. I’m thinking focusing on poison trap with poison imbue instead of sharing with death and shadow imbue. However it is really nice when that shadow imbue pops a huge group lol. But I die a lot. Thanks for the info!
I have run the trap build for the last 2 weeks. It is the best setup, at least for me, for survivability. If do you enjoy it, I'll give you some tips. Change the twisting blades with flurry. Use a pair of shoes that have 3 evade charges, use the smoking grenade on aspects, the basic increase attack speed on 2h weapon, and the best survivability aspects that you have: the armor stacking, the dodge one with smoke grenades, the energy regeneration on rings. Starting with lvl 80 I was very comfortable running night mare dungeons around lvl 60. After this lvl the dps become too low. And if I increase the dps, the survivability becomes too low. But, in general, was very rare when I need to use a health potion.
Has anyone tried rapidfire with ice imbue for getting quick stagger? Rapidfire has multi hits and hence multi instance of ice and good boss killing potential as well
@@romycta This build is finally coming together. I did have to shuffle some aspects but the rotation took me a min. It does require you to really be paying attention to the ground effects and what' burning/popping/poisoning around you but man, it's just as big a boss melter.

Might be spamming twisting blades too much. Actually managed to beat her, but in her death animation an attack came out of nowhere and killed me. 😳
It took me a couple of tries as well. I actually hold back on dps a bit in the beginning of the first phase to allow the stagger to build up and then ramp up as she's almost staggered.
I don't think it's supposed to increase the amount of time staggered but rather the amount of stagger from each source of chill, daze, immobilize, etc.
Boss staggering is a system in the game. Calling this an exploit is extremely out there. It requires a lot of gear and other things to make work. So how about we don't call for 'nerfs' to things that make the game fun and something to look forward to.
This has been patched. The aspect to proc the poison pools for infinite cooldown was shadow nerfed in 1.1.1, now it procs off 5% instead of w/e it was before. Youll be lucky even with a Lucky Hit elixer to proc the pool during phase 1.
I think lilith mechanics are so bad and hard to see that players are trying to find ways to skip them. Devs should address mechanics rather than nerf player ingenuity.
@@BionicBGE Could be - run a test. down duration is the same. But my problem is the dmg - since i get enough stagger from the items you recommended... besides smite.
You are not using a fundamental, ultra dps boost for this build that is the aspect of retribution that gives you +80% dmg to stunned enemies if imprinted on the xbow. You just don’t care about the chance to stun distant enemies, but that dmg bonus is the hugest of any aspect for this fight, also the aspd on amulet is overkill, you can put the imbuement bonus there and the aspd on the ring instead of smiting that it’s really not needed, while rolling cc duration on chest and helm.
Thanks for the feedback. I use retribution on my latest NM push build, but on a weapon... not the crossbow. I will try your suggestion of aspects placement.
She always gives me the waves instead of the triangles. With the waves there is nothing that can be done. Did you just get lucky that she did two triangles ?
yea something has definitely changed. the adds drop 6 blood bubbles not 3 like in your video. There is no way to destroy all 6 in time while she is dropping waves on top of you
She has 2 spawn phases, the first at roughly 50% is 2 mobs that each drop 2 blood boils. The 2nd is at 25% where she spawns 3 mobs that each spawn 2 blood boils. If you dps fast enough, you can skip the first spawn phase at 50%
I hate this boss by now. Got her in the very last phase like 5-6 times, and got her down to 1% and she just does not die but instead phases into this attack pattern where she spawns a clone of herself wich does an attack pattern that oneshots you. I guess by now i have about 200 tries on this boss and i see how unbelivable rng the fight iself is. Her attacks are random, they spawn random, the fight itselfs is sometimes off on when and where she spawns. Its just frustrating.

diablo is a weird dumb game, the way you beat boss is not by mastering boss mechanisms and out play them, instead is done by being powerful enough to skip them.
Maaan the only thing that helped me killing her now was the fact, that I could use Cold Imbu in P2 (had Smoke Nade in P1). Never had her so fast in Stagger in P2, that the blobs don't spawn. Damage was always enough. Gear is perfect but that Cold Imbu saved me. Today first try and executed.

Can it be done without fists of fate?:)I salvaged a few of mine a long time ago
Check my latest build, I attempted the first phase without them: ua-cam.com/video/ujVgYRadxFc/v-deo.html
Do you think accelerating on the 2h would work as well?
I have not tried it so I'm not sure. I imagine you can't go wrong with more attack speed!
Is this build Viable for dungeon running?
Not higher tiers. But check my latest build: ua-cam.com/video/ujVgYRadxFc/v-deo.html
The increased crowd control duration doesnt seem to extend the amount of time lilith is staggered?
I don't think it's supposed to increase the amount of time staggered but rather the amount of stagger from each source of chill, daze, immobilize, etc.
@@BionicBGE oh so with increased duration to daze chill etc and they in turn increase the speed of the staggering her, I see.
@@who_glhf9113 That's my theory for now lol
Boss staggering is a system in the game. Calling this an exploit is extremely out there. It requires a lot of gear and other things to make work. So how about we don't call for 'nerfs' to things that make the game fun and something to look forward to.
Why is no1 using the glyph control? does it just not work? cause it gives nearly 100% damage increase to CC targets + 20% for just 1 glyph
I've been experimenting with it, i'll try a few more tweaks and report back after
How far can this build push in NM dungeons ?
Not far, this is very glass cannon
what is your max tier on nightmare dungeons ?
With this build, I would only do 51-61
Do you need level 21 on all the glyphs?
Probably not, but I can't really test that anymore
Were your glyphs all 21?
@@jvu316 yea
A variant of the Chinese build.
Should you include critical damage as a stat priority?
critical damage is always good imo
This has been patched. The aspect to proc the poison pools for infinite cooldown was shadow nerfed in 1.1.1, now it procs off 5% instead of w/e it was before. Youll be lucky even with a Lucky Hit elixer to proc the pool during phase 1.
Any pvp ranger build?
I will work on ranger builds in season 1
Hello ! Ty ! Can i play Asheara + condamnation for this build? I am 91
It might work but you will be missing an important aspect
@@BionicBGE ty !
Does this still work?
I tested quickly after the patch: ua-cam.com/video/VJkj4efUTTA/v-deo.html
I think lilith mechanics are so bad and hard to see that players are trying to find ways to skip them. Devs should address mechanics rather than nerf player ingenuity.
Why do i see no dmg numbers
Because I turned them off
Purple gems over green ones ? First time I see that with that build. Did you do the maths?
Not exactly, I've tried both and found very little difference
I dont think smiting is working - she is down the same amout of time with or without smite
Interesting, i'll test some more
yea i just compared with the other video that uses the standing still aspect in place of smite and both are around 7-8 seconds
I read this incorrectly the first time. I think smiting increases the amount of stagger from all sources, not the amount of time she is down
@@BionicBGE Could be - run a test. down duration is the same. But my problem is the dmg - since i get enough stagger from the items you recommended... besides smite.
@@tintintino I will do more testing, thanks
They nerfed it lol, good thing i beat her last night smh i spent 4 days trynna kill her
I tried after the patch really quick and seems like the dps was very similar: ua-cam.com/video/VJkj4efUTTA/v-deo.html
Does this build also work for nightmare dungeons?
It's not ideal for higher tiers
If you dps fast enough, you can skip the first spawn phase at 50%
If only I can get all the 820 item with crit and vurn 😂
It’s a mechanic. There for a reason ☕️
I feel you mate, I have over 300 attempts as well.
@@BionicBGE Thanks for your words!
I managed to get the kill today and the last part was weird af again ... she did her "clone phase" and then the picture got dark and i got the title and the confirmed kill and she was dead. All of a sudden, in the middle of her attack pattern. But i am happy now, i am free xD
Bro, Bursting Venoms is bugged, so using this is a total bug abuse.
yep, looks like an exploit
Ive killwled her 5 times now at the end she allways spanws shadow clones that one tap me and i get no rewards
i can stagger her but i get no where near the dps
Do you have all the right aspects?
@@BionicBGE painstakingly made sure of that lol I think it’s due to some of traits on the gear.
Me too!! I’m so stuck on this
@@savannahmorrison2123 might have to find some different affixes for your gear. thats what i did and i was able to clear it
@@lancerivas680 I nearly had her before the patch just had to master phase 2 I was so close. Can’t touch her now with that bursting venom nerf it’s ruined me.
It's crazy that the best way to kill her is someone 100 to zero her
It would be so great if there was a utuber who just posts the skill tree you need then the build and and didnt go on and on for ages just talking
Stagger will be nerfed soon
Yea, I expect the nerf bat as well
I am sure they are going to fix this with bosses definitely an exploit. No one else can do this.
yeah it's an exploit, but it's not just rogues doin it. they'll patch it. makes the final encounter a joke.
build doesnt match video
Hope they will nerf if in season 1, u either do lilith with mechanics or not at all lol
i'm expecting the nerf bat as well
A little long.. a little jumbled… sorry.. be clear .. confident and straight to it
Uber lillith easy as fuck, i beat her first try with the deathtrap rogue build from Maxroll. Anyone wanting the mount from her I sell runs at $20 a run.
This build is for people that has no mechanical skills
diablo is a weird dumb game, the way you beat boss is not by mastering boss mechanisms and out play them, instead is done by being powerful enough to skip them.
Today first try and executed.
why is it so cheap to change the skill in the crossbow?
Because it's a unique boss that drops it and only has 3 stats I assume.
