There are plenty of people who need big number so they can read the clock. I think it’s wonderful
You are very brave gluing on the numbers! I would have messed with then for hours before I ever uncapped the glue!!!💙🐰💙
Thanks for the time you spent for the people around the world I'm very happy learning all the time shiring. Thank you
Oo la la, it has an iridescent shimmer to it! Out of this world look. 👍🏻🇺🇲🔥🔥🔥
WOW ABSOLUTELY. AMAZINGLY GORGEOUS!!!
I love it when you spray the alcohol, it's neat to watch the air bubbles disappear.
When you were wondering why you got the odd dimples I think you forgot that when you put it back on after flipping it, the resin was still bendy. I still think it works better to brush the mold with the interference powder, it just looks better to me. You're so brave to attempt such big projects. I'm working up the courage to do so. Thanks
It’s getting late here but I can’t not watch this 😃
Love your clock you work so hard on your crafts xox
I love this! Sometimes you need that "in your face" factor in your life! Looks great!
The dusting is beautiful
I love it Julie!
I love it. I also love it in rose gold
I love everything you make you thought me how to do this stuff from painting to Resin believe it I sell lots of stuff from my Trunk of my car lol 😆
I love the crushed velvet look, not so much the big numbers. But even they don't take away from the beauty of the crushed velvet
Amazing colours and effect
It’s so gorgeous.
Wow that beautiful love the color
Another stunning clock Julie! 💖💖💖👏👏👏
I ❤ it Julie. I love big numbers on clocks then you know you can see them. I always look forward to watching a resin or acrylic paint video either at night before bed or when I wake up. Thank you for sharing everything Step.
I really love the crushed velvet look in resin I think you did great.
Thanks for sharing.
😱 oh you did it yay ! Cant wait to watch this 😘
Really nice, I agree with you that the numbers is a little bit to much, but it’s really beautiful 🤩❣️ Tic tac, tic tac😂
Love your clocks
Your artwork is so good!!! Amazing painting, Thumbs up! 👏👏👏
I have always loved the crushed velvet look and that purple/blue is stunning! I think for myself, I would have gone with smaller numbers....but then again....if I put it in my bedroom, I would be able to see the time without my glasses on! So awesome and versatile! 🤓
Love watching what you create.
Really love it, love the crushed velvet mold and the blue purple powder 😍
BEAUTIFUL!!
Awesomeness! Beautifu). Love it. 😊💕🤗♥
That is absolutely beautiful
You do such beautiful work, I love it all.
Beautiful Julie

Beautiful as always 🥰
I love it and I like the big numbers
I love it ...I'm going to make one when I get my molds...I'm so excited...thank u for ur tutorials
Beautiful 😻
It’s beautiful, the numbers could be smaller.
I love everything you create. You’re so talented. I’ve been watching for years, I’m so nervous to try anything.
Wow, awesome!!
i love your work the colors are amazing
What I have found to do for numbers when I have a tray or other shape to turn into a clock is to use any clock face mold that has recessed numbers, and I also have bought a few sets of number molds so I could make numbers from resin. I then as you did bought a couple of sets online that were of a number font that was more unique - and of course those were the ones people wanted. It made the clock more expensive and took longer to make if I ordered them each time but also did no want to buy ahead and then not have a use for them so what I ended up doing was actually making a mold from them so I could make them when and if I needed them and could also cast them in the color I wanted as well as add thins like glitter or use pour techniques to get interesting numbers. One of the nicest clocks I made, was with very large number and I made the face a solid color and used flowers and leaves in the letters themselves. I often end up making clocks out of many odd shaped trays or trivets and such as the main m for electric wires that is the right diameter and use sticky wax to attach it temporarily to the mold for the clock face to make a nub that will give a clean hole through the clock face for the post. After I attach it with sticky wax I will dribble a bit of wax inside to make sure it holds it shape when I pour the resin and if I use heat to remove bubbles I keep the heat away from the straw or shrink to be as much as possible, or just use alcohol only so as to not deform that post hole.
Have you ever tried making a clock that uses a pendulum clock works that swings the pendulum with the movement of the hands (for show it does not operate the mechanism)? Since you can attach almost anything as the pendulum I have wondered if it would be interesting to make a clock face and the pendulum in resin to either match or compliment each other.
I have only ever made two clocks so far
So talented 👏👏👏❤
This is lovely
Beautiful.
You are so amazing artist and you explain everything so damn well.. 🤩
I love this clock. I think if the numbers were just a hair smaller, but I would love to see it hanging on my wall. The crushed velvet is amazing!
Very pretty. The bigger the better numbers!
I love it the big numbers
Love it. ❤❤
You had me at purple 😍
Great Job
I do like the mold effects. Big numbers have a purpose. ♥️
Stunning clock, love the colours. Will have to get the alcohol spray.
hehehehehe....."Come here and die, Fly!" I love when you talk to the flies, big boy flame thrower, etc.. It's hilarious!!! We all could use some laughter in our life.
As I mentioned to another commenter, while some don't necessarily love the size of the numbers, they are perfect to someone like my aunt that is visually impaired. Good Job, Julie. 😄 Also, as long as the correct size is selected to hold the weight of the completed resin piece, a plate hanger might work for hanging on the wall.
💞💞 love it
I love this pattern. The color is very pretty. Thank you for your experiments, Julie 😃 Yeah the numbers are big but it all works out. Oh you could put gold bars for the other numbers. Next time 🤣
great minds think alike, julie !!! i made my clock with this technique after seeing your crushed velvet coaster video. i only displayed nos 12/3/6/9 as mine is only 6" diameter mold and it looks great.
I absolutely love your channel, you’ve certainly inspired me to give this a go. When I’ve made clocks before out of wood, I’ve put the hands on first before the numbers so as I turn the hands I can see exactly where to put the numbers so it all lines up, it’s not so much of a problem with big numbers, but when you do small numbers this might be something that will help, but you’ve done such a great job with this, I love it, it looks great 👍
wow wow wow xx
Hi from Sydney,at lest you can see the time ,love it .
Love it🥰
Nice job, Julie! I'm not into the clock-making ( yet!😂) but if I ever am, I know where to go for great inspiration!
Very Nice
I like the clocks you are making. The big numbers don't so bad on there, I would be able to read the time with ease. You could paint the second hand along with the other ones, would you try doing that on a future clock? I like having a second hand to show movement.
Wow es bellísimo
I love your crushed velvet insert, it’s so pretty! You did an amazing job lining up those numbers! I’m a lil bit OCD when it comes to things being level or on center, ok.. maybe I’m a lot OCD when it comes to that. 😂 Great job!
Beautiful Julie as usual, love the excitement in your voice 💖. The velvet look is gorgeous but I do think those numbers are a bit big as you said, think they take away from the background so you notice them before you notice the beautiful clock face. 💖
Very pretty. I think I liked your own molded one with the gears better. Wonder how a hybrid of both would be 🙄
Beautiful clock Julie! Your house must look spectacular with all of your creations. Funny that the Inter Fear Who is listed as "teal green, lilac purple, deep green with hints of blue" I only see what you see.
So pretty, was thinking could you just cast the numbers in your clock mould for future clocks. Really like these clocks. Stay safe love and hugs xx
Gorgeous clock! I love the color and love the texture! I agree that gold edging would have been too much. Did you think about edging in black? I think the numbers are great, big is good for us 'older' folks! I love every single one of your videos and look forward to them every day.
Thank you, Julie! Take care and stay safe!!
Thanks for the shout out for being a sponsor! It's my pleasure!
I think the tray has a smoother and nicer finish, just the pigment itself looks better but I loved seeing it both ways.
A little smaller numbers maybe. Still love it. ❤️❤️❤️
I think wowser covers it. This is stunning.
Yes we saw
love it, I am following you and learning and watching all of your videos. I like the numbers just 12, 3 , 9 , 6, and that is it. dont put all the numbers. in it looks good as is
The powder looks smoother on the tray than it is on this one. Another beauty! It's cool with the big numbers, kind of funky. (Is that still a word? Lol)
You asked for suggestions in an earlier video. What about BIG buttons to decorate your laundry walls. They could be different colours, different sizes with 2 or 4 holes for variety.... even add some diamentes around the edge or some other bling!
I love it but I did the same thing with big numbers about 2 weeks ago. I just used the 4 main one’s but yours works. I always love the crushed velvet look. Can I borrow your mold? I need one for me. 😂😂❤️
Lo❤e it
Really lovely Julie , when my mould arrives I can get straight on and do this because I already have my clock mechanism ready here to do it . But I haven’t got numbers yet so I’ll either do just 12,3.6&9 or get smaller as I want to see more of that amazing crushed velvet effect and then it’s going in my lounge . Cant wait looks great 👍 Too excited to sleep now lol because I’ll be thinking about it and what size numbers 😂 beautiful Thankyou for showing this mould as a clock project it’s exactly what I have planned to do with it once it arrives 😍 Ali Courtney xx
I love the colors in this one. The flaws in my opinion looked like drops of rain on the surface. The numbers are a tad big for my liking but they work. Well done once again.
Julie I love this as a tray and the clock. I just ordered this set. Also I will want the numbers and the hands etc. Please let me know how to get those items. I am so very excited. Anxious to make my first clock. Thanks for sharing your techniques.❤️👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼❤️❤️❤️❤️
Супер👍👍👍👍😄😄😄👍👍👍👍
Is this mold the same size as your clock mold? Just trying to visualize putting this crinkle clear/white pour to make a clock face! Hmmm 🤔 I like it! 🇺🇲
Lol the flat one is the washer and the other one is the nut😉.. sorry about so many comments!
I think smaller numbers at least those other than 12, 3, 6, 9 would not be so busy. But I do love the way the resin turned out 100%
i have to agree with Tracey, to me there are too many big numbers ! but it is gorgeous.
Then make your own to your liking
OMG another masterpiece you created! I love it so much. Right after watching your first one yiu made I ordered a clock mold. It is much smaller one. The X large one was well over 100 dollars just can’t do that.
Mine is very thick an heavy. Much better quality
@@PouringYourHeartOut Yes I am sure it is. I wish I could order from your shop but in the USA. I got this on from Etsy.
Hi from the UK.
Could you have used your clock mould to just mould the numbers from it?
Looks like you could time those numbers down if you wanted by filling them with resin, looks like they have a recess in the top surface.
Loving it though!
I didn't think of that at the time :(
💙💙
Your clocks are so gorgeous- love the crushed velvet. Where do yo get your velvet? Also your ROUND?
You know, it occurred to me while looking at your numbers here, that they can be used to pour a bit of resin into as well! Whatever colors you wanted! Because they have raised edges! And I like bigger numbers. Easier to see! I have a days of the week clock that used to be my mom's. I wonder if they sell clock kits for those?
Glad your numbers arrived in time ☺️ Would it have worked if you used your clock mould numbers?
I could :)
I use a heat gun, it's safer than a torch and you can get one for cheap on Amazon.
this is stunning. Can I ask a question - why pigment paste rather than pigment powder? In the UK pigment paste doesn't seem to be available, though I have seen vids where people made their own.... why though? I see you in the reflection, that's some shiny resin :)
