  • The following eccentric exercise will actively stretch your quadriceps. We find it is one of the most efficient stretches to gain flexbility and reduce muscle tightness. This muscle is often overworked and overused in our patients with knee pathologies.
    In this video we use a resistance band but any other household object works just as well. Like a dressing gown belt or regular belt. if you aren't able to perform this exercise on the floor you can do it on your bed which will yiled the same result.
