Side cover panels often get loose on many bikes. I have one cover like that. One of three snap-in places needed a shim to snug it. So I took a small piece of black cloth and covered it with silicone gel on both sides. Then worked it into the space to give more grip and let it dry. Worked just fine and stayed put.
Yeah, I thought about using a Zip Tie but It hasnt fallen completely off yet, so I just rock it as is. Thanks for Commenting!
That's my bike man! lol I made the dealership throw in & install me for free a sissy bar/pad & passenger seat combo which was $500 .The back rest pad is bigger than I'd like though for looks.Passenger says it's comfy. I added a willie G skull adhesive emblem on the back of my sissy bar.Looks like it was made that way.I had to buy the passenger pegs.
Nice bike and vid...I have a 17 48...have lots of junk on it too...Bozzani Mega Power Road Rage2 long 2 into 1 chrome pipe..VH hi flow ac chrome too..VH chip..front black little air cowling over headlight..but the BEST add on was the HD Sundowner seat! Can ride all day now..feels like my 17 street glide special..nice high ridge on back of saddle seat..holds me astride when that torque kicks in at 3500...strongly recommend...$250

I'd like to travel with a small portable grill. Any change I can finagle it fit on that rack or should I just look for a different rack and sissy bar set elsewhere?
Darryl Nunn I probably just get something else there's not exactly a lot of room and the angle of the seat kind of interferes with most of the room on the little sissy rack. Seat is nice but rack is more for show
Nice bike! I have what looks to be the same backrest on my 1200C but its missing the luggage rack. Can you give me any info on it? Is it HD, Cobra or something else? Thanks in advance, cb
Chris Bouchard Amazon special. very cheap. Just search sportsters sissy bar in Amazon and the rack should be easy to find. just so you know it is really small, almost useless so it's more for looks than anything.

What happened to the Harley lock box that was attached on the left side?
LIONS 67 I mounted it on the sissy bar luggage rack so that I could have my stock lights. I almost got rear ended everywhere with the shitty little lights I had.
