That's what “prioritizing and ensuring the quality of our Livers' well-being” really meant. They cancelled the Mario Kart thing to prepare Elira, Vox, and Ike and basically said to them "here's the scripts you're going to be reading, do it or we'll have Elira deported and run character assassinations on all three of you."
But they didn't have to do it. All three could have said no and taken the L. Hell, they could have pulled a Zaion and released their own google docs about what goes on at Niji, people would sure as hell believe them. If they were ever Doki's friends, they should have been willing to go to bat for her at the risk to their own careers. Because now they've just jeopardised everything just as badly as if they'd refused to read the script.
Someone else said Elira sounded like she had a gun to her head the whole time, and I agree. She did not sound like herself. Vox audibly laughing at a few key moments in the script was also telling. I doubt any of them actually wanted to read what was given to them, but read it they did and now they'll have to face the consequences. I was never subbed to Vox or Ike, but I unsubbed from Elira damn quick. Whether she wanted to do it or not, the situation is too polarised now, the lines are drawn and we have to pick a side. And I'm gonna choose the funny, happy girl whose laugh made me feel better when I felt like shit over anyone still in Niji.

I even remember there is this one jp guy that own a massive idol group since the 90s that get away with ton of horrible stuff because the talent meant nothing, the group brand is everything. And the only time everything goes to light is when the dude already dead (meaning he get away with it in his entire life)
I know this has been harped on so many times, but the previous position of Holo and Niji have been reversed. Back then, it was Hololive that keeps getting controversy after controversy (though not to this extent), and Nijisanji was being praised because of how differently the two companies handled their company and talents. Hololive's idol image being their main problem, and how free Nijisanji was. But as time passed, Hololive learned from their lesson and is now in the position they are in because of this.
And now we've learned that despite how many controversies Hololive went through, Nijisanji had so many skeletons they were hiding in their closet. As much as the fans thought and livers thought they were free due to not being shackled by the IDOL IMAGE, they were the ones who were very authoritarian and strict.
The situation would be preventable if the CEO had actual buisness experience and not so young

If Niji reveals their names and addresses, Niji are the ones doxxing their own talents, not Doki. She made it cleae this was only meant for Niji’s lawyers to see. If Njiji reveals the actual document to the public they’ll be the ones legally liable for the breach in confidentiality and the doxxing of the talents named in the suit.

There are ways to handle this in court without doxxing anyone. Yes, it’s scummy, but I doubt it’s gonna prevent the absolute landslide of a lawsuit that Niji is about to experience. Doki _needs_ to crush them here or they’ll continue this long-range harassment and slander for much longer.

They [Nijisanji] showed legal documents or parts of legal documents to their talents, which was only supposed to be between Niji and Doki's lawyers. This is a breach of NDA at the very least.
The video done by livers: Could result in a separate lawsuit of slander against the livers, possible retaliation as well. If the livers 𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙚 coerced, then the livers should make their own lawsuits against Niji, too.

Your making the assumption that they have an NDA or similar document signed regarding those documents. All that has been stated is that Selen "requested" they be kept private. That means nothing in the legal world if there was no contract. Not sure why everyone believes everything they hear from one side. Granted I have no clue who is at fault, but just something to keep in mind.

i firmly belive the talents have been strong armed into making that video especially elira and vox because A. those two and ike have (had) the strongest public perception at that point, niji most have known this and used them as public speakers (as elira is my oshi you have no idea how upset and angry i am at this) and B. why the hell would the talents agree to it elira says that she volunteered her channel but that makes zero sense, seriously why on earth would she, she knows how volatile the situation is right now and this essentially all the hate on top of her AND she has mentioned on stream that her and her family are going through a very serious situation right now privately combined with the fallout of losing one of her best friends (pomu). i cant speak for vox and ike as much as i dont watch them very often but all of this points to the idea that niji must be blackmailing their talents because their is just no way (at least elira) would do this.

I can't see it being forced, no one with an ounce of integrity would take part in that smear job without a literal gun held to their head. And we have confirmation from Doki's manager that they did share some details (medical) that were meant for the legal team only. Them calling out Millie and Enna reminds me of the time when Nina Koska mentioned them being distant with her when they joined Niji and when she wanted to build connections with them. Keep in mind that Elira is in Japan on a work visa. Nijisanji firing her would make it more difficult to get a new position in the future, and would threaten her ability to stay in her home. When someone gets deported, they rarely have the chance to sell any of their belongings or recollect what assets they need to take with them.

There was also Enna saying a similar thing some weeks back about that nobody is perfect and that Nijisanji is fine but I couldn't find the clip about that.
I se a pattern there. I think that the general consensus between most Nijisanji livers (left) is that everything is great. Millies statement is the most important for that statement. She clearly doesn't only speak for herself, she is confident to speak for all of them. "There is so many livers that are here, and we enjoy what we do and we like it here". Millie wouldn't say that if she wasn't absolutely convinced that fellow livers would agree with her. She isn't confrontational like that.
What I think is that most livers in Nijisanji have developed a mindset where they focus on their own channels and adjust to the limitations and the lack of support, taking it as normal. It isn't great, but it is "fine". Stable. A safe woorkplace, with a good income as long as you don't make any trouble. But that system only works as long as nobody questions it. Which is what fans have been doing for quite some time now, due to cases of mistreatment and deceit going public. So over time, a vast disconnect between the livers huffing copium, adopting a very practical perspective, and the fans with a more idealogical approach, had been formed. The livers (wel most livers) aren't stupid. They realize this, but remember It is "fine" Sure, the people are a bit riled up for now, but they'll eventually calm down if things stop happening. Things like Selen speaking up, expressing her frustration as good as she can.
To the livers who are in their cosy place, this is a threat. A danger. From their perspective, Selen doesn't understand, she harms them all by beeing "unreasonable" in her frustration. Because they deal with their frustration by sucking it up. They just adjust their ambitions to what is possible within Nijisanji and move on. But Selen doesn't want to do that, riling up the fans with her "unreasonable" expectations and ambitions, constantly clashing with management over that. So what do you do as a talent? Vox explains this: "So some livers, myself included, asked Selen why she tweeted about the cover in the way that she did, expressing that we felt it was unnecessary and harmful". It adds up. Selen was a threat to the comfy place, so she needed to be corrected for things to go back to beeing "fine" again.
But imagine beeing in a constant fight with management, a management that rarely ever helps and always holds you back. You're frustrated and think about leaving, but it isn't that easy, right? You build yourself a brand, and you would lose that if you left. So you talk to your coworkers, people you perceive as friends, and they dismiss you. You probably start bending the truth a little to make the problems seem just a bit more serious than they are, to get your coworkers out of their comfy place and back into reality. But nothing ever comes of it, and eventually, even the very people you tried to open up to start reprimanding you for attacking and harming Njisanji - and by extention, harming them. I can very easily see how this situation could be seen as harrassment and bullying.
Then the suspension happens, later the termination, and eventually, Dokibird's statment about beeing bullied and harrassed to the breaking point, massively screwing Nijisanji over. How do they perceive it? As betrayal. Because Doki isn't just attacking Nijisanji, she is attacking THEM. "We felt that these statements harmed all of us as a group", as Vox phrased it. Because everything would have ben FINE, if Doki id just shut up about everything, right?
So the infamous stream on Elira's channel approaches, where the massive disconnection between the livers perspective and the fan's perspective becomes apparent. They thought they could convince us of their perspective, because in their eyes, it makes sense to be in the comfy place, things are FINE, right? They failed to realize that things are not FINE in the eyes of the fans as long as they aren't fine for everyone, and they certainly weren't someone tried to take their own life, "It's allright she was an outsider and weird" sounded great in their heads, because they were in their comfy places, and Selen was disturbing and threatening those. It doesn't make sense to the fans though who haven't spend years of building a culture of "beeing fine with things".
So yeah, that is my theory. Nijisanji livers aren't held hostage. They work for a terrible, evil company that doesn't care about them, but so what? Most of us do, and we manage. The difference is that WE have the power here and can change things, and we WILL. We have to. For Doki alone, but in the end, for all of them.
It truly is amazing that no matter how many times things finally feels like they've gotten as bad as they can possibly be, it somehow manages to get worse anyway.

This is not the behavior of a company covering its ass. This is the behavior of an abuser punishing a victim that tried to escape them.

It's also very possible that Ike was picked to the video for who he is known as; calm, collected and much more neutral and introverted. If we compare him to Vox, Vox comes off as way more aggressive and "dangerous/threatening".
Elira took on the brunt of the beginning of the video, Vox amped it up in aggression by several notches and Ike is supposed to tie it all in and contain Vox with a more neutral ending. This is so that the audience wouldn't feel like a stray orge was just on the loose, screaming its head off like an unmedicated Karen. It's like letting Vox just bark all he wants and have Ike metaphorically push him out of view with his hand with something close to a dissapointed, tired RBF on his face.

ONLY TO THEN have Mr Tazumi to come out and do an apology video script after ruining Elira's reputation (as her and many others have been on hiatus to most likely avoid all of this in general) for that to not work as well.

I am not sure what nationality Vox is, but in the US, he would have had a right to read that document because he was accused. Most states *require* that the accused be notified of the accusation and given a chance to defend themselves(including the right to have console review the accusation and evidence). Vox's right as an employ would trump any confidentiality. There is also an unavoidable loop-hole where even if the company cannot go public with accusations, the accused still can since they cannot be forced into an NDA on this matter. Which is to say, there might be a legal reason the message is being delivered by those talents and not management. That(as in the abuse of the loop-hole) probably isn't the case since Ike and Elira are not American, but it is likely their countries have similar laws allowing them to be informed of accusations.
I mean, imagine if those laws didn't exist. Your boss could fire you and just say it was "for reasons I cannot tell you."
