@Khyo I'M EXTREMLY ANGRY ABOUT THIS. I just want to cry about this: this is so F'ing sad.😥😭😥😭
Much like WACTOR... Nijisanji is not stopping. Not without a severe change in management. Everything else is history.
We shouldn't blame the victims of nijisanji they are being scrutinized and hate for something they didn't even want to do
My guy is a 10/10 journalist AND a streamer? Lezzgo?
"You can always choose to graduate" - said a "friend" who stayed and read documents meant only for legal.
Also Doki asked to graduate but instead was fired and slandered
Yeah, that one got me too. "If you hate it here so bad, why don't you just quit?" Typical corporatized shit. As if he'd actually "quit in solidarity." If Vox earnestly made that pact, he'd have actually resigned the moment it was announced she was terminated, no questions asked.
Apparently by own admission *thoroughly* read the entire thing to boot.
"I suppose you were given a chance to do so before you released this slander?"

Vox: There's no favoritism in Nijisanji.
Also Vox: I was personally allowed to look over and inspect confidential legal documents.
Also also Vox: Selen a lying liar who doxed me and I am afraid of her.
Also Also Also Vox: I wasn't punished for my tweet throwing shade about the AR live getting canceled
Also also also also vox: "nijimanas would have released the mv after getting perms from higherups".
26 of january she asks to leave on neutral terms after 1 month of radiosilence with niji. MV IS STILL PRiVATED LMAO.
Also also also also also Vox: Reading about myself in that statement made me feel upset and betrayed (doesn't realise he outed himself as one of the bullies)

Doki is quite literally doing a better job at protecting Niji and their talents than their own legal and PR Management Teams,
For Fucks Sake. Anycolor not only chose Black but they chose one so dark they cant even see what they are doing.
I might say this already, but I will say it anyway.
"Even the Darkest Black Hole in the Universe is still brighter than That Company."
Anycolor and they dont even choose, they jumped into the Abyss
She soloed the PR and Collab with other vtubers especially the TSB tournament and the Cover song.
Btw, Sink The Yacht.

They choose to be darker than vantablack so people like dokibird cant shine on them
I feel so bad for her parents as well, I mean the emergency contact she listed must have been them, which means they are the ones that are dealing with the Niji Management when she was hospitalize. imagine dealing with people that might be responsible for what happened to your daughter.
God I feel bad for the parents. I bet they didn’t have the heart to ask her “what is the point of working for this company when they don’t help with any of her projects?”
If I was I would do less than legal things to the people responsible if I ever found them but luckily im not in that situation, I don't know how her parents are able to hold back like that but it takes some real willpower.
Think about the fact that Doki maybe didnt tell her parents much and Niji also didnt cause NDA...
Because i can see that emergency contacts only get the bare minimum of information
@@AnbuAssasine but her accountant--her mom--already said that she made 0$ last year. That alone can be a proof that her parents know her condition.
@@nether_prince3021 yeah that i just say that a lot of parents of other streamer dont know Details, yes they know about her finances but i can tell you, im close with my parents as well and to be fair, my mom handles most of my paperwork as well... i dont tell her all the shit that happens at work or everything about my health condition to not make her worry too much...
So yes they might know a lot but not everything... and i mean that nijisanji gave them little to no Info about internal things but demanded a lot of stuff from them
Like even if they were emergency contact, they wouldnt give certain information due to NDA...
And i could also see that her mom just looked at the finances because of all what happened... and not all the time, else she would have said or intervened sooner
At least my mother is Quick to talk out if she sees i get mistreated hence why i keep some stuff to myself... cause i want to deal with minir things myself...
Because i dont think the attempt would have happened if the parents knew everything from the beginning
She's honestly being the most mature one in this entire situation. Not only she's being professional, she's also not being vengeful. No names dropped, no fingers pointed, everything kept as vague as possible so no one goes taking conclusions... Whatever her harassers made her go through, i wish it upon them tenfold. For her? All the happiness. For her, the fullest blessings.
I hope for her happiness in this world.. I really loved her for that 🥺
Tenfold is too cheap, make it a million fold and be shunned like lepers from any media industry both traditional and digital
Niji will burn for this. First, their stocks; Second, their investors and partners; Third, the meatshield talents; Forth, EVERYTHING ELSE THAT REMAINS.
We now know who the bullies were. So that's good
Tenfold? Too cheap!
Should be a million fold, such that those who harass will never set foot in media industry ever again, even including print media back office!
The optimist in me hopes this is the last thing she has to say on the matter, but something tells me that this won't be.
I feel as long as niji throwing crates of TNT to this, don't think doki will have her peace.
With NijiKuro showing how petty it is, I doubt it as well. I don't have a PlayStation but the "X" button has been obliterated.
The optimistic side of me believe that Doki will win in the end
@@ReigoVassal she will win, I just hope it doesn't cost her too much more.
Kurosanji is literally the worse of the worse, there's no reason to go this low constantly
Nijisanji definitely has some kind of vendetta against her, literally the first time she tried moving on, they setup a hit piece to go live right during her Neopets stream. Honestly wouldn't be surprised if they tried something again.
Because it was niji’s plan to shift the blame on there talents. They purposely said livers when Doki didn’t say shit.
What ever is going on they want there livers involved.
Doki said it and I’ve been saying it there is no winnning side everyone got screwed over.
And unfortunately that aspect of kurosanjis plan is working like a charm. Many fans wanted a face and name to aim their ire at and kuro gave it to them 10 fold
Isn't Grinch Tazumi a face of Nijisanji as weil?
Niji is the only one burning on this, they fanned the flames worse when they somehow decided to pin it on the talents. Wow, just... WOW.
@@kriscubero6778 He is not on the internet. Hell, he doesn't care about the EN side unless it affects the bottom line.
Just be prepared for the potential fact, that the livers weren't forced and are actually on Nijis side, voluntary.
Doki: I don't want any other livers to be involved.
Kurosanji: So anyways I'm gonna involved every EN liver~
They volunteered.
@@np153Garlixthey “volunteered”
@@np153Garlixthey volunteered to not lose their working visa, their jobs, and to be deported from the country (the ones that are living in japan right now) but yeah... they "volunteered"
Yes. But as someone else said, "I just can't put myself in their shoes" No matter the situation, to sink so low... It's disgusting. Every time someone is pressed to make a difficult choice, they say that they have "too much to lose". It's pathetic, it's reprehensible, and I am sick of these people. But none of that has anything to do with this situation, they volunteered and wanted to speak out. They said that themselves. You are wishing so hard for their innocence, that you called the talents liars, and made up the idea that they were threatened.@@Grande_Vtr
Are you calling the talents liars? I for one believe them when they say that they wanted this and volunteered. If they were coerced into doing it, I would find that even more repulsive. In that regard, I am giving them the benefit of the doubt. @@josephwilliams5292
It's crazy how Doki has given them MULTIPLE chances to let the situation get blown over for the better of both parties but Niji just keeps fuking up EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Like I don't think Doki was EVER going to actually sue them or take other big legal actions willingly but they are just way too scared of this one girl that they keep making their grave deeper and continue to throw their BS on Doki in hope that it will somehow preserve their reputation. They are literally making a Su!cide victim go through the mentally taxing and stress inducing ordeal of legal matters just because they are too arrogant to admit they were in the wrong. Like the girl just wants to move on and have fun again and never look back and this hellscape of a company but they just wouldn't let her go and have fun. GIVE ME BACK MY NEOPETS STREAM GODDAMMIT
I know fellow dragoon I know. We just wanted to move on and create our dragon. Man f these guys we just want to move on but now we won’t forget this thank niji.
At this point she might as well be forced to.
These spite announcements has to come from someone, I cannot for the life of me think the company the doing all these PR by themselves, especially when the clique is basically confirmed to exist at this point.
"Of course,you know,this means WAR!"
I think she was already in negotiations for some form of resolution and had her own attorney (possibly before her termination, IIRC at some point they tried to contact her and reached a lawyer). I think she has been at at the "these things need to happen or else" (where the "or else" is starting a lawsuit) point for a while now.
> Despite our efforts, Selen Tatsuki demanded that ANYCOLOR should be held legally responsible. She claimed that she was no longer able to engage in her activities as a Liver due to the decisions made by ANYCOLOR, was being harassed by other affiliated Livers due to mismanagement, etc., while refusing to acknowledge her responsibility for violating the Activity Rules. Moreover, Selen Tatsuki insisted that if the negotiations did not progress, she would proceed to release a statement regarding her claims to the public.
It looks like this is a pattern at Nijisanji. She might not want to sue to get revenge, but rather to try and make sure this doesn't happen again. For all we know, another Liver might be going down a similar path right now.
Man, Khyo sounds so done with this. But I feel like Niji is about to pop up again and shout out "But wait. There is more. It gets worse."
I'm also done with this. Doki is right. It's time to grow up.
I think everyone but Niji and those who froth at the mouth for witch hunts are done with this. I can't even call it incompetence, it's just straight up evil
I agree, but basically everything they've added has been a negative. I wouldn't be surprised if they revealed that the internal policies she didn't follow were "you must molest a dog and send riku the video first"
Everyone is. AnyColor could’ve shut up and admitted they didn’t let Selen know. BUT NO, they decide to not only slander her, BUT ALSO DOXX HER
Something I realized last night that Dokis new statement reinforced was how Nijisanji said they only showed the "relevant" pieces of the document to the Livers. I think Management may have been withholding or fabricating info to make Elira & Co. feel betrayed and hurt by Doki. After all, a Vulnerable person is an Easily Manipulated one.
That's being very generous to people who are basically screaming at you: "I DID THE BAD THING!" But God do I hope you're actually right because the alternative sucks REALLY bad.
They may not have even needed to change much. As Doki said, she wrote the document herself (to explain the whole situation from her perspective to her lawyer), so it may not have looked like a legal document at all. It may have been easy for them to assume it was something Doki was planning to post online, especially depending on how it was presented to them.
Vox said 'thoroughly' so either Niji lied or Niji told the truth and Vox lied.
@@spencer6736 I wonder if the guy with a past history of manipulation and shitty behavior is maybe lying... Hmmm...
@@boanoah6362I don’t know much about Vox other than “sexy voice man”. Has he been caught doing stuff like this in the past?
I PRAYYYYYY they get dragged to court in Canada.
Unfortunately it depends where the contract was signed, they may be dealing with JP law on her personal information if those agreements were signed under JP law, since the jurisdiction is decided for international contracts at the time of signing, i see no reason why it would have been anywhere but JP.
Honestly, even though justice would be nice, legal fees are not a joke. And a company like Niji can pay and drag out the whole thing long enough to potentially financially ruin Doki. So unless things are super clear cut, I hope things just get dropped and Doki finally gets the peace and quiet she wants.
@@ButcherParry Your legal rights in a situation are not dependent on your contract. If she lives in Canada and was employed by them living in Canada then Nijisanji has to abide by Canadian law. Simple as. People like to pretend like contracts are magical law documents that can do anything and supersede any right. Which is not even remotely true. Contracts get thrown out all the time for being unenforceable. They can put anything they want in the contract but that doesn't mean that it will hold up.
Yeah if the contract was made in Japan then it would probably be over there. Which sucks because their laws are different and probably don’t have as much protection. Especially since other stuff like the insane slander laws

That shit is penetrative as f*ck.
anycolor already broke canada PIPEDA laws by sharing the legal documents with the streamers lol. PIPEDA also covers foreign countries/companies if a canadian is working for foreign for-profit companies while still living in canada
note it considers anyone associated with, not just working. So volunteers and contractors all fall within it.
Justin Trudeau could go Full Redemption Arc and order the Canadian Minister of Justice to start a full Federal level investigation into AC/NJSJ's activities in Canada. Even if it doesn't go to court, a National Ministry of Justice/Attorney General doing an investigation into your company, will chase investors away in droves.

Doki has never even mentioned that any liver bullied her. The only ones who has is Nijisanji itself and its livers, who seemingly just can’t stop self reporting.
The Vox line "Having THOROUGHLY reviewed the info sent over from Selen's Lawyers..." is the wildest thing in this situation, then niji stating after that those three were involved so they shared the info.. and the 'plus, they aren't obligated not to keep the info private...' bs they basically said too. Wild.
it's so hilariously incompetent of them "Well, our LIVERS weren't under an NDA!" Yeah, but YOU WERE WHEN YOU SHOWED THEM!
isn't it funny that njsj dragged Milli and Enna into the mud with just one line from vox? like they didn't even had a chance to protect themselves nor they gave a context, he just mentioned the girls and now they are also involved, wild.
It almost seems like corporate is trying to burn the EN branch for insurance money at this point.
Some people have the theory thst they are trying to bring down their top livers so they don't think about graduating because of their reputation
Edit: Enna’s never been able to keep her mouth shut but I jumped the gun and after looking into it further we’ll have to wait to see what comes to light.

As someone who has made attempts myself im truly glad that doki has been able to recover and was not successful on either occasion and that she now has what sounds like a very strong support network around her. Recovery from such a place is a long hard road and being forced back into it when you are just trying to put everything behind you is straight up appalling. Doki has proved herself to be so much of the better person when she could easily have gone scorched earth on the people who nearly ended her life and gotten nothing but praise and support in return for doing so, but she hasn't purely because she doesn't want to hurt people. Personally i think theres a couple of reasons:
-someone who hates vtubers joins in niji and is trying to ruin it from the inside
-their PR teams are literal group of monkeys in suits
-doki's classmate when she was 5 year old hate doki accidentally broke their crayon and is now looking for vengeance
They’re Japanese so that’s probably why they’re pushing her to

These bastards are very lucky. Doki is too kind. So kind that it even harms her. Kind people are more likely to be bullied by others. If I were in Doki's shoes, and the actions of other people almost led to my death or the death of people close to me, I would do everything to make these people pay for their actions. It's as if the murderer were killed. What's the point of feeling sorry for him? It's the same with bullers. They bullied another person for so long, and now they themselves have become a victim of bullying. It doesn't deserve any empathy, it's just karma. People must take responsibility for their actions. Either way, I respect Doki's choice. But I also believe that the most morally correct choice is not always the truly correct choice.
The way she behaves and writes her statements do certain things though which are probably the reason as to why Doki isnt going on a full on war. 1st: Her not being vengeful helps her mental state. If you can't forgive you will not be able to move on. Not being able to move on keeps you in a bad mental state, especially when it was things she almost lost her life over. 2nd: In the court of public opinion, she clearly is the winner here. She has most people on her side, she doesn't need to go down to the niveau that Nijisanji tries to drag her down to. 3rd: She doesn't open a door to make herself vulnerable. Either in a legal sense but also in a personal sense. Nijisanji has nothing on her and they know that. They try desperately to get something out of her, to make her vulnerable and then to crush her. Either in court or publicly.
Basically TLDR: She is able to move on while Nijisanji just blow themselves up for everyone to see.
@@NoiZze_ If incentivizing her to this three-fold conclusion was the work of her managerial, legal and psychological counselors like I suspect it was, I kneel to them. Genuinely. 🧎♂️
The worst part of their statement is that it's so freaking pointless.
They aren't responding to anything. They aren't clarifying anything... They aren't even trying to defend Niji, themselves or their fellow livers... They are just saying "Selen made bad decisions too!".
What was the point? Why do that? They have to be smart enough to know it wouldn't change anyone's mind. Elira barely even says anything other than a generic "we are against harassment... yadda yadda" disclaimer....
It really feels like they were pressured into making an statement by management, and told to add anything that might make Selen even slightly less sympathetic... But they ended up making Niji and themselves look way worse!!
*sigh*
I hope NIji at least learns from all of this and starts a sincere effort to make real changes in itself (especially in the EN management team and culture).
Seriously...
All they had to do was lay low and whenever they came back to streaming, just say something like "I will only address this once: Selen was a valued friend and coworkers. And while it's regrettable the way her stay in Niji ended, I wish her nothing but happiness and success".
It wouldn't have been much, but at least it wouldn't have made everything 100x worse!
This statement has to be one of the worst ideas I've ever seen in anything related to vtuber!
That's what baffles me the most, it's like the company doesn't care about defending themselves, all they want is to make sure Doki name is ruined, it's pretty much the same thing they did with Zaion. It honestly feels like they won't be happy until their former talents disappears from the internet the moment they're no longer useful to the company.
This isn't just a black company but hell itself.
My personal theory is that it was to make sure they kept the JP audience on their side. Everything in their statement appealed to the legalistic tendencies of the JP audience, making sure to define Selen a rule breaker, a trouble maker, and someone that was causing problems internally.
NijiEN knows they've lost the EN audience, but as long as they can keep the JP audience fooled with bullet points of fake offenses, they can recover their losses among investors and the stock market.
TLDR: Elira, Vox and Ike got thrown under the bus to save face for Niji in JP.
I really hate that basic argument, to put it shortly, people use it when they know they've fcked up and hoe much, so they try to make the other part look bad too so both parts are down enough to not point fingers. It's something manipulators typicaly use with their victims to fck with their heads and the heads of spectators
Probably a disconnect between values in different cultures. Japanese value obedience to authority. So showing even the most minor disobedience justifies any actions that follow. That's why they constantly list any of Doki's supposed transgressions.

Doki did a fantastic job showing Niji how to be professional. Niji should take note, but doubt that's gonna happen

(And yes, the Hiroshima/Nagasaki example I would bring. Why? Because if the Japanese military government would have surrendered after Okinawa felt the two nukes would not have been dropped on Japan! They would have been dropped some years later on Moscow, true, but not on Japan. Only that the military people were to cowardish to make Hirohito sign the unconditional surrender was the reason for the hundred thousands that died in August 1945)

I dont know about Ike and vox, but at least we know Elira is on a work visa in Japan. Niji: how could Selen do this?
Doki's response just show the level of maturity and professionalism that characterizes her; even when she has all the reasons to act in a vengeful manner, she instead chooses the best, but also the hardest, option to find peace and resolution at the end of the whole situation

there were some accounts, Enna for example, that used the "japanese apostrophe" in their retweet of that stream - which most likely means that retweets were done by management. I wouldn't wonder, if some of their livers in the next weeks would get "terminated" too for some bullshit reasons just to get rid of them.
Holy. Crap. Was Doki’s document the same one that Vox said he THOROUGHLY reviewed and the one that Elira and Ike said they also read? And then they made the video? Completely irredeemable. NijiEN and everyone who retweeted the company’s statement are dead to me.
At this rate, only Scarle looks ok only because she was the one who liked a certain comment and now people are worried they might ax her next.
I hate feeling like this but i don't think i can ever watch Niji En livers again after all that happened as they all retweeted Elira's post, especially Vox and Ike, their voice has become extremely grating to my ears. They could have graduated, saved their reputation and held on to their very strong fanbase but they chose to ruin themselves, i'm afraid they even ruined their chances of starting over as a strong indie.
I'm more upset Ike would do this considering he the more soft spoken and nicest person in the en side and was a friend of selen it just did not feel right. Now with Vox Im not that surprised considering he is their cash cow he seem like the type to throw his friend under the bus to boost his ego or popularity. But this no one in Niji looks good or any positive outcome come outta this they should just leave
Maybe, but at least 5 livers we know for sure are the least guilty in all of this are the 3 newest ones (TTT), Kyo since he's out the door, and Scarle who liked a comment on one of her videos calling Niji "Kurosanji" and is potentially next in the graduation line
Eliras situation is more weird because she was a work visa in Japan so technically it’s a live hostage situation in where if she says no her visa could be revoked and she could be left jobless and pretty much homeless
Scarle didnt do it, but i dont think she will stay at Niji for long lol

@luka188 Indeed. There is no form of justice more catheric than the justice the perpetrator inadvertently inflicts on themselves.

sadly this is how black companies operate, which is why why I'm not partial to Vox, Ike and the others in any way, shape or form and do not empathize with them, but I can understand them.
People gotta remember most people don't want such work environments, and black companies know that, so they'll recruit generally young people with little to no prior work experience, preferably in a dire financial or any kind of desperate state, then they will convince them the company is the reason they were saved, and promise them the world in exchange of their fidelity. Then use tactics to mount employees between each other so that they scrutinize each other and create an internal hierarchy, with ringleaders that crush any kind of complaints, and of course make scapegoats of those who do. i pray to god that she never does say anything about a name cause none of you can listen to or respect her wishes
This just makes me appreciate Doki even more. Even with the evidence stacked high against them, she still chooses to protect their names and I'm glad. Hopefully, we all just wish that everyone involved, even the insiders of the company, whether they be livers or management, can move onwards and leave this messy situation behind.
Taking the high road has done wonders for her. I can't speak about her mental state or the morale impacts she gets from these hit pieces, but in reality Nijisanji can do _zero_ lasting damage to her. They have outed themselves as the enemy.
Thanks for the news khyo!!
Als Happy Valentines day..thanks for your hard work❤🎉
Last night his sub count was 82.9K. Right now it's 84.3K. Thats 1.4K new subs in SEVEN HOURS since i watched him... KEEP IT UP KHYOHAIS
I really hope doki can move on from this situation successfully... The whole thing is just a mess. Also happy valentine's day!!!
ngl even if those 3 that made that embarissing PR video "graduate" from Kurosanji, they'll have a bad time trying to make live as a indie Vtuber, internet doesn't forget this type of situation.
True, internet doesn't forget. Even youtube somehow knows, as the their PL accounts suddenly started getting into many peoples recommended lmao. If you go to their pl's, you can see many people giving them the smackdown in the comments on their last videos. People are justifiably extremely angry. They will never recover from this.
@@luka188 Good. They shouldn't be allowed to. People like that dont deserve to have a platform.
I mean, while i think not mentioning who the bullies are comes from good intentions, it's gonna have the side effect of having distrust to ALL the remaining NijiEN vtubers. The innocent ones will have to tank a lot of undeserved hate because of this.
Not to mention the most important part: the bullies will get to keep their platform and continue doing to others what they did to her.
This doesnt help ANYONE but her.
Nice one Doki! Handle it like professional! 💪
This girl deserves a 1m subs like right now! Period!
I feel terribly sad and sorry that Doki had to go through this. I wish her well, and i really hope the situation ends so that she can be at peace
Happy Valentine's Day to Khyo and the Khyohais! Thank you for keeping us all updated, but make sure you sleep and drink water to!❤🐇
Call me a pessimistic asshole, but I have a gut feeling that this is going to get worse.
Yeah... it's not going to be pretty and probably will be against Doki's wishes but just going to get worse
I pray for Doki's peace of mind, success, and happiness. This is all just so so messy and so so tough for all the livers. This is such a low kick from Niji's end and it is not deserved at all.
I have no idea what their goal is here, whatever PR attempts they're making...more like reverse-PR at this point, it is not gonna do anything for them.
I hope sooner rather than later, a lot of the talents in there will manage to move on and move out. Although honestly, it's easier said than done. The fans and people outside the company will always reiterate the talents getting out, but please always remember that they are all under a contract that is legally binding. One wrong move, they may well end up either in jail or in the same situation as Doki, if not worse since we do not know everyone's mental fortitude. And let's say they do manage to get out. What of the livers that have been harassed due to speculations of being the bullies of the talent behind Selen/Doki? What of the talents that have spoken up on behalf of Niji? And what of the talents that just got here and are still relying on Niji for backing and resources even if limited?
For the people wishing the talents out of Niji, then the least we can do for them is to make it at least a relatively easier way out. Yes, we are angry. Yes, we are upset over all this bullcrap that has been brewing and boiling over the past few months already. But we should all still act civil about this. If the aggrieved parties can muster up the strength to do so, what more we, who are outsiders and merely the spectators? The least we can do is to respect her wishes. Something that Niji has failed to do. So if you all wish to be better people than Niji, then respect her wishes and not target anyone with more harrassment.
The last thing we need is a repeat of the situation and the worst case scenario happening on the other end.
I am so proud of Doki, and the amount of support keeps coming and coming by the day. Whatever happens, her mental health and well-being will get better, and I hope it will continue that way.
The good news is that Doki is already past 500K subs!
Elira and Vox got a SHIT TON explaining to do.
Don’t forget ike, enna and Millie too
Devils advocate, but I've heard elira is in Japan on a work visa, and "They" are probably using the threats of termination, deportation, and just the anxiety that comes from one's entire life suddenly at risk to force her to do these things...I don't really watch much of Ike and Vox so I can't say anything about them.
@@DeityFox4 the "hostage" because of work visa is too exaggerated. Even if she got terminated by nijisanji and revoked her visa, she still has 3 months time to stay according to japan law before getting deported
@thisguy3285 That's why I said "Devils Advocate," though fear and anxiety can lead to really stupid decisions. Even if there is plenty of time to look for other ways to stay, the thought of being in the situation at all can make someone so afraid all logic and reason dissappear leaving only the incredibly stupid and desperate actions in sight. I know because I get social anxiety from talking to people in mmos, which I know is dumb but doesn't stop my brain from spiraling. Sometimes, people just want a way to not deal with fear and anxiety and will do things that are more likely to make things worse in the long run just to avoid those feelings in the short term.
@@DeityFox4 Ok this misinformation has to STOP. I live and work in Japan, visas DO NOT get revoked as you pleased. There is also a grace period for you to find ANY employment should you even get fired.
" next video will be the last one" aged like milk khyo. Thanks for the coverage tho.
after you have been practically my entire main news on the situation I have now decided to do the one logical thing after you brought it up and subscribed
Lets go everyone! the road to 100k!!!
I honestly feel bad for their talents people need to realize that doki isn't the only person who's mentally going through something in this situation as well. The livers are as well.
Two times... Poor Doki... God bless Her. 💛
Lowkey tearing up thinking about how it must have felt for her parents too. I can’t imagine being a parent and watching your own child suffer like that. And as someone who did suffer like that, it’s not fun. And it hurt so many family members too. Specifically my mom. Poor thing. And finding your child almost dead not once, but twice? That’s horribly terrifying. Nobody on either side should go through that shit.
Thanks for the coverage throughout this ordeal, if this is indeed the moment where Niji see sense and stop stoking the fire
Each day they dig deeper
They'll give dwarves a run for their money with how deep they're digging that hole.
My God!
congrats on 85k khyo, let's get this bread man
Thank you Khyo, you're doing a good thing.
Yeah this case needs to be dragged to Canadian court no matter what, things have to change in Nijisanji and having this case tried in Japanese court will not result in any changes. This is a company that requires international pressure in order to prevent more tragic events like this.
I left this as a quote retweet on her post:
"*Hugs Dokibird*
I'm sorry you had to go into that darkness, no one should crawl into that darkness. I watched past VODs/clips of a certain past Vtuber from somewhere and never saw why she would crawl into that darkness. I wish I could know you outside of vtubing as I'd give you the biggest hug I can. You don't deserve this garbage, you really don't. It's too bad people keep dragging this out. You really deserve a new start, which you are already running in the wind with, congratz on over 500k subs. Keep it up and most importantly, keep that chin up of yours. Another thing, "Value loyalty, above all else!". I look forward to the next stream and every stream after."
I said this on a different video, but i feel like I've violently tripped into this whole thing, and im so deeply sad for Doki. I've been in her shoes, and it hurts like you wouldn't believe. I hope she is ok and comes out of this stronger than before.
:( I just hope everything gets better for Doki❤🐣 having multiple people, friends and coworkers all turning against you and just throwing you under the bus like that💔I'm glad she's still pulling through, and not only that, doing it in a mature way, not pointing fingers, name dropping or anything like that. She's just telling it how it is.
Vox is still my favorite Oshie, but I just went through something similar a few months ago, just like Doki. I've been thrown under the bus too by my coworker, friends and even some family, and I'm still trying to recover from all of it💝 I only hope the best for Doki🐣❤
I can say this much, I think whatever is going on in Kurosanji to keep this going is through a malicious act by *someone else* while dragging the names of other livers involved as the "culprits". Like I said before, someone gave those 3 those sensitive documents to read over and be involved, but they didn't show them the full document but only part of it. (As much as Vox wants to say he thoroughly read through "all of it" the person who showed them this is withholding additional information that they didn't know about, and they (that Elira, Ike, Vox, Enna and Millie) assumed that Doki was indicting them.)
Whoever this person is has a serious grudge against Doki and is willing to use whatever they have at the company to take her down. Even putting other livers at risk just to do so.
As for the other livers, I still believe this person put them up to it and they thought that Doki was probably lying or trying to indict them. As despicable as it was, again, I don't think they fully know what was going on and wanted to bury the hatchet as Doki until someone told them that they were involved as well.
(And I'm sure someone will say that I'm probably some Niji-die-hard fan, but I'm not, Kurosanji has honestly lost all respect from me. I just think we don't fully know whats going on here and that performing a witch-hunt isn't going to solve anything because this has always been about Doki/Selen against Kurosanji's management.)
Thing is, even showing it is an issue. Maybe it's a little different in Canada, but in the US you don't get to see the document, even when named. You can ask questions about it, and will certainly be informed of the charges, but if you aren't privy to discovery you aren't privy to the papers themselves.
@@RobertStoll What about in Japan?
