I have been working on wheelies fairly consistently for going on three years now, the most important thing I would tell anyone trying to learn is to be patient and persistent. I can now wheelie pretty well and fairly consistently, but it has taken time and lots of practice. It's easy to watch some of these videos and think you are going to be wheeling down the street in a couple weeks, and maybe you will, but it may take much longer than that. Stick with it. It will come.

A wheelie is when you pedal in order to balance on your rear wheel. A manual is done without pedaling, or manually, using your body weight and momentum. .
