EXACTLY When To BUY TLT STOCK

- The stock market is about to go crazy as we get the CPI & Fed Dot Plot tomorrow, but with all the volatility in markets, many traders are asking if its time to buy TLT stock. Given I have hit this trade with over 30,000% gains and it has only happened 2 times in the last 20 years, I thought I would weigh in on the topic and give my TLT ETF analysis. The problem with trying to trade TLT stock in this environment is that there has been many false signals and many traders think it will be a clear cut moon trade once we cut rates. Sadly this isn't true and duration risk has claimed many traders over the last 2 years. The key of when to buy TLT stock relies solely on the steepening of the yield curve and once it goes back from inverted to normal. Beyond that, the velocity and expectations when this occur will be the difference between a major trade and a slow move. My goal of this video is to help traders out and save some people money. Take the trade, but know what you are looking for. None of this is a recommendation, I have no TLT position currently, I own a lot of bonds from a couple years ago, I do not gain or lose off of telling you this. If you don't want me to make videos on this, don't like the video and don't share it. If you do want me to, then show some love and spread the word. I don't need the TLT "big one" using options. I own 500 shares of the ETF. When rates are cut, TLT will go higher. It doesn't have to go higher overnight to make money. Also, TLT is paying monthly dividends. I don't see TLT getting much above 125 at the end of the Fed easing cycle to keep interest rates at about 2.5% to 3%

No way the FED allows things to run higher, unless they are looking for inflation to be increasingly sticky. CPI will be hot and the Fed will be hawkish tomorrow, I'm booking it. If I'm wrong, things will rip and that's fine for me. Let inflation run wild, I don't care at this point. 😂
