Agree. That’s why I still give a very high score. But.. I don’t think it’s the airports policy. It was clearly a case of incompetence from ground staff. And TK has chosen to contract the ground handling company. Therefore I feel it’s still important to describe it the way I chose to.
Very very short attention given to an extremely important aspect of the business experience these days, namely, the frequent short-changing of foot space. Only a second or so video made, and one short sentence. but lots of video of the AIRLINE's intro video...that's not even your product. It's the FIRST THING I check when getting on a plane--the footwell space.
Definitely an important aspect of but I don’t know haw many angles or sentences I could include to describe it further. I also write about the space in the lie flat shot. But I’ll definitely think of that. Thanks for your input and for watching.
TK looks good, but it is not. Seats are narrow, and whats with the big plate blocking the wibdow? Food and wine not very good, and crew did not care. Very long walk to connect in IST. Probably the worst airline I have flown in C.
WARNING! I fly Turkish Airlines for >5 years now and it is not worth it. They have the habit to frequently change aircrafts last minute and suddenly you end up in a very outdated business class configuration which in no way resembles what you paid for. During my last business class flight (Dhaka-Istanbul-Amsterdam) this happend to me on both flights. In my first 9 hour flight, the back of the seat was broken with the metal frame hurting my back. The reclining system was broken for all 24 seats so quality was even less than a standard premium economy seat. I have been sitting on the floor for a while to have more comfort. Advised by the flight crew who felt I should be offered a free business class flight for my next trip, I provided TA customer service my feedback twice. I only received the standardized bullshit replies. No more Turkish Airlines for me in the next 5 years.
I understand your disappointment. Sorry for that. My own experiences have only been good. And regarding aircraft change that happens with other main airlines as well. For instance Qatar. Thanks for watching!

@ yes some airlines have different HACCP regulations. I have had a perfect medium filet on SQ but never on Qatar or Turkish
