I grew up in NY and Boston. My family flew to NY in 1962 from NZ - arriving during the Cuban missile crisis. The trip took 2 1/2 days; first leg in a DC-3. Hope Fanny and little Martin are well.

I was at Changi Airport last month, transiting from a flight to and from Japan. I am amazed at how well-designed and modern the airport is. Considering the state of my airport, it's not even in the same ballpark.
The airport is amazing, however as nice as it is my main concern when flying is getting on board as hassle free as possible, priority check-in, priority security are the most important aspects. Thanks for the video, I’ve not flown Singapore Airlines before but know that they have a very good reputation.
