Thank you for this 😊 I failed level 1, but didn't want to take an exam anyway, I just want to communicate with as many people as I can. This will be perfect as a refresher.
Hi Christine, that's a nice reason to learn. I hope the videos are useful, I will be publishing lesson 2 this Friday focusing on questions. Thank you for watching them.
Mel you're videos are superb but a problem with downloading them with YTD there are no subtitles, anyway keep up the good work I will just have to watch them online
Isabela Valente Silva That’s a good question. As a basic rule you use your dominant hand to lead. I am right handed, so you would mirror me if you are left handed. If not you would use the other hand.
Richie Gee Hi Richie. At the top right of the video there should be three vertical dots. Click on that and it will give you the options of subtitles or captions.
Hi Mel, Looking forward to seeing how you develop this idea and am so glad you will continue with BSL stories. Will you do any more Emma? Thanks for all your super videos.
frankie powell you either click on CC icon or you may have 3 vertical dots at the top of your screen. Click that and you will have the option to click on captions
the CCs can be turned on, it's a switchable feature. it depends on what you are watching youtube on (mobile, laptop, etc.) so if you can't figure it out it might be worth googling to find out - e.g. 'how to turn on closed captions on iOS app youtube'

Hi Michelle thank you very much, I hope they help.
In BSL, should we do the signs in a mirrored way to the ones you do or does it not matter?
