I drink once a day sometimes two. So it’s ok. Otherwise as a lover coffee lover I cud gallop 1000mg caffine per day

yes it would take a long time to get to 1000mg with just tea! As long as your just having 2 cups per day you really don't have to worry

yes matcha is actually quite high in caffeine, I try to avoid drinking it after 2pm or so
