Freezer cooking 80lbs of chicken!! IN about 2 hours!! 60 meals with recipes and instructions!

  • Thanks for watching my video! Here are all of the recipes I used for this freezer cooking day. Each recipe is for one meal for a family of 4. I suggest doubling or tripling each. Enjoy!

    Shredded chicken:
    Fill crock pot with chicken. Fill with water.
    Add:
    1 t salt
    2 T dried onion flakes
    2 t garlic powder
    Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Cool and shred. Freeze in quart sized baggies.
    I find 2 cup portion work best for my family size. I use this starter for tacos, chicken salad, etc. Easily defrost in the microwave in about 1 minute!
    FOR ALL FREEZER MEALS: defrost overnight, place in slow cooker, cook as instructed, shred and serve!
    All start with 1/5 lbs chicken breasts! (cooking time- low 4-6 hours)
    Then add:
    TERIYAKI CHICKEN:
    1 cup teriyaki sauce
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 T sesame oil
    1 large onion, diced
    1 can pineapple chunks
    1/2 cup juice from pineapples
    SWEET BBQ CHICKEN:
    1 large onion, diced
    1 cup bbq sauce
    1/4 c brown sugar
    1/3 cup juice from pineapples (above) or orange juice
    MUSTARD CHICKEN:
    1/3 cup grainy mustard
    1/4 cup water
    2 T soy sauce
    1/4 c honey
    4 t cider vinegar
    CHICKEN FAJITAS:
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 cups slices various peppers (Anaheim, poblanos, jalapeños- depending on heat preference)
    1/2 cup green enchilada sauce
    1 t chili powder
    1 t garlic
    ORANGE BALSAMIC CHICKEN:
    1/3 cup orange marmalade
    1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
    1/4 cup honey
    3 T olive oil
    dried rosemary to taste
    *great on grill*
    FRENCH CHICKEN:
    1 can of Cranberry Sauce
    1 packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    8 oz of French Dressing
    MEXICAN CHICKEN:
    1 (16 oz) bag frozen corn
    2 minced garlic cloves
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 tsp cumin
    1/2 enchilada sauce (green or red)
    salt and pepper to taste
    LEMON CHICKEN:
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    1/4 c olive oil
    2 T honey
    1/2 t-1 T Italian seasoning (to taste)
    * great on grill or baked*
    I also do about 5-10 bags of marinated chicken.
    options:
    enchilada sauce
    italian salad dressing
    french dressing
    they are great to just defrost and pop on the grill!

    Love love love this video! Short and sweet! Taking a huge task and making it simple! Fan-flippin-tastic! Planning on 5 month meal plan using Zaycon. wasn't sure if I wanted to prepare these meals Theme day of the week, like- Fiesta Mondays. Or by Protein- Chicken, Burger, Beef, Pork and Other (Fish, Sausage,Turkey). Or just go meal by meal. Now I'm thinking -by Protein. You don't want to freeze thaw, cook then re-freeze to cook again later. To make them last the "said 6 months" par cook and freeze from fresh. To tackle bulk 80 lb.s or more it would be best to order Chicken then prep freezer meals, then order beef...I see that now Thank You!
