Yes, I ended up selling the Defender body and switched to the Bronco. But the high clearance bumper for the Defender made a noticeable difference out on the rocks!
I didn't really consider that because I much prefer the look of the lights mounted in behind the actual headlamps. I guess if you had the pro scale light kit you could definitely drill the bumper and maybe use a little hot glue to secure the LED's!
The accessories are a push fit into the body, then on the inside of the body the little "pins" are melted to retain the parts. If you take a sharp hobby knife and carefully cut/scrape the "melted" ends of the pins off,the parts will easily remove without damaging the body. There will some tiny holes left over 👍
