You can do anytime after the main applicant application is done
I was looking for some advice. For PSW, although I have never crossed 20 hours per week. There were a couple of discrepancies where they recorded fewer hours in a month and adjusted them in the next month. I have got the email chain of me notifying them about this issue. Due to this, in that month, then I crossed 80 hours a month. However across my total time working, that limit hasn't been crossed. Would this be a problem for PSW, like should I get a letter of confirmation from them that this was their mistake?

In PSW you don’t need to show any bank statement.

But you don’t need to upload any document until and unless they ask
They will deliver the brp to ur old address so you need to collect it from there
Hey, I had a question regarding the Graduate Visa.
So I travelled outside Uk in January for 2-3 weeks and the term time had started, Am I no longer eligible for Graduate visa then?
The term time had started but I still didn't have classes for a good 12 days.
Let me know. I didn't know about this regulation of Study in Uk before and wanted to clarify its impact on my PSW. I read some articles on quora and Reddit & some published by LSE, Royal Holloway which stated that it's only a problem if it's prolonged period and university has to cancel my student visa sponsorship.
Ps I didn't notify the university after the term time started, they didn't cancel my visa, neither did they took any action about it.
Everything is going alright and I have even given all exams and stuff.
So just wanted to clarify that would this travel back home would be a problem for Psw or if the university didn’t cancel my visa, it would be fine.

It’s not required to mentioned all the address
You can skip and just give your recent address you will stay

Hi, I have a dependent visa & my wife who applied as a student got graduated now. I had visited UK & stayed for a month during the early months of my wife's academic days ,collected BRP as well and returned back to India. After 7 months before her graduation I moved to UK and staying with her now , and looking forward to apply for dependent graduate visa.
My doubt is around the travel history section in my ( Dependent PSW Visa ) application. Should I mention in the travel history about my previous visit of UK and return to UK. I'm getting confused around those questions in application.

Yes after you finish your course and university send you an email stating that now you can apply for PSW. No they don’t take bank statement but still keep your account stable and don’t take money for overtime in your bank account

Hi Pooja I’m applying PSW, but the question is it showed you need to submit BRP at near by office for scanning because when I downloaded the Uk immigration app it showed you skipped the scanning. Should I need to go to the Post office to submit BRP?

No you cannot apply for dependent in the same application.
First the main applicant needs to apply and after that you will create one more application for your dependents. I have made a video on dependents PSW visa as well kindly see that it will be helpful.

Dear Maam I hope you are doing well. I have applied for graduate visa for my dependants and my current (Student) visa is going to expire tomorrow 8th January, 2024. My graduation visa is on process so I dont know the expiry date and I put current expiry dates on dependants application. So they did not deduct IHS fees at the moment from me but once my visa confirmed then the home office will send me the link to pay the IHS fees. My question here is that will I pay the current IHS fees which is 624 per year or will pay the new amount which is going to increase from 16th January.

No you don’t need new NI number. The present one remain for lifetime. You never need to change it

Hey puja , My visa is expiring on 2nd of october 2023 but I am planning to apply around 5th of september 2023 but it says that it will take around 8 weeks for decision to come so will be there be any problem because by the time my psw arrives my current visa will be expired .
No it won’t be a problem. Once you have applied you can wait until you get the decision.
But it’s better to start the process as soon as possible.
just remember apply before your student visa expires. secondly i will suggest you to apply asap as from september they are going to increase the ihs amount and visa fee.

So it automatically collect your data the way you have fill your details

I was recently applying for my PSW. I live with my friend, but the contract is in his name, and it’s a 1-bed apartment. Only one person is allowed to live.
What option should I choose?
If I choose “I rent it”, I can’t put the landlord’s or agency name and contact details. If they call them for verification and they say no. Then, my PSW might get rejected. And if I choose others and mention that I live with my friend. Will it affect the Visa decision?

No need to mention about France stay as it’s less than 2 weeks travel.
If you are staying at relative house mentioned his details as your landlord while filling up the application.

1.like we are going to apply psw and 29th of April 2023 our baby born here and we want to visit India with our baby ....so my question is when we will apply our babies dependent visa??? After or now ...if we select the option now with me then they ask children name and document no. But our babies birth registration appointment ahead basically we do not have any document...so can you suggest us if found anything related this
2. When we went IHS then there it shows ( you don't have any dependant) but we rechecked our details everything correct but is missing please guide us
1. As far I know until unless you get your baby registration certificate from uk ( the council you are living), birth certificate from India, passport from India and then you apply for dependent visa.
If you leave uk without visa then how will you enter again with the child.
So before leaving UK enquire once with UKVI about this. Iam not very much sure but this is what I have heard as well.
2. You can go ahead with your application. It’s absolutely fine many people have face same but it’s hardly matters.

I did submit my dessertation and the result release date is 20 july and my brp card is expired in 7 July so how can i apply for psw some students here apply without results and when they get result they just submit and some adviser saying apply for FLR so what you suggest to do?.
Contact your university in this regard
If your bro expires on 7 July you won’t be able to stay in uk beyond that
And before your results you cannot apply for psw.

Have you moved to the different section?
Whenever you finish any one section at the end of that you get an option to check your answer and save if you have saved already then you won’t be able to edit the form.
If the medical history details are not so imp you can skip that part.

Baby born in uk first you need birth certificate from your local
Council in uk then birth certificate from India and then apply for passport.
Without passport you cannot apply for visa.

Let your husband apply PSW first as he is the main applicant.
As your brp was only for 6 months so you can apply for dependent visa. But still confirm with ukvi once regarding this. As you are not in uk and the condition for applying PSW is that applicant should be present in uk at the time of application.
Hi Puja I was known by a different name in 10th Standard,12th Standard and Undergraduate degree in India but, before coming I changed my name in every document and I am know by my new name on everything that is passport, brp, masters degree certificate so should I put my old name in name changed section?

Hi pooja . While applying the psw accidentally I've opted I've lost my brp or stolen but i got the brp with me and i uploaded it in application. In the appointment they only scanned the passport.will it be a problem?
They will ask to scan brp as well

Good evening ma'am, please I started my application on the 4th of April but my Brp chip scan not working on my phone and others phone I used. It worked for my wife sign up and her chip got scan with my phone immediately. So I deleted my application but I'm trying to start again but it's not asking for an email or number it linked with the deleted application email and number. Please is this fine.

My ccourse was for 2 years, including internship. I have completed my course. But i couldn't find proper internship .So i cancelled my internship and took graduate visa. Do i get a refund of IHS payment for my internship year?
I am not very sure about this. Usually nhs never return anything to anyone . They only know how to take money.
