How to ride bicycle rollers. Different ways of how to get on rollers for training

Getting onto rollers can be very difficult if you don't use the right technic. Here are a couple of versions. FYI: the faster you pedal the easier it gets. Also, don't start in an easy gear.

I've got an hour long 90 bpm playlist in my bio if you're interested. I added a 110 bpm song at second to last so you get a good sprint before the cool down.

amazing skills. I noticed that the your front tires are touching the outside of rollers. I just ordered one for me and most of the people show that the front tires should slightly touch the inside of the front roller. Do you know if that maters?

It matters a little as long as your not too far from the center. it works no matter what. Have fun
