As leader of an elite unit, tasked with protecting the imperial family, Zhou Zi Shu (Zhang Zhe Han) was not a man to be taken lightly. A man of great honor, who commanded much respect, he served the royal family with the utmost loyalty and was rewarded accordingly. However charmed his life may have seemed on the outside, in reality, it was not the life Zi Shu desired. Unsettled within himself, Zi Shu ultimately decides to leave his position in order to pursue his own dreams.
Putting the past behind him, Zi Shu is determined to start anew but even the best laid plans can be waylaid by fate. Not long after setting off to see the world, Zi Shu finds himself embroiled in a conspiracy that rocks the martial arts world. At the same time, he meets Wen Ke Xing (Gong Jun), a mysterious martial artist from the Ghost Valley, who is on a quest to avenge his parents’ death. Brought together by fate, the two become fast friends as they share a series of adventures that leads them ever closer to a legendary treasure that is rumored to give its owner ultimate power over the martial arts world.
Entangled in conspiracies and hunting treasure, Zi Shu and Ke Xing find themselves caught up in an adventure so epic, it could alter the course of history forever.
Adapted from the novel, “Faraway Wanders” by Priest, “Word of Honor” is a 2021 adventure fantasy drama directed by Gary Sing and Jones Ma.
"no married girl is supposed to stay with her parents"😆🤧
This is where it ends happily ever after for everyone and I will accept no other devastating ending because its what they all deserve after everything they've been through
😂 Ah Xu felt very old being called Eldest Uncle as he’s still in his late 20s. Ah Xiang called him Brother Zi Shu which ranked her as a sister rather than a step daughter. That why Lao Wen called her naughty but Ah Shu nodded smiling as he’s always soft towards this cute girl. Anyways Lao Wen later also told Ah Xiang to call him brother too.
I think Lao Wen called her naughty because it was kind of flirtatious of Ah Xiang to call Ah Xu "ge". It's the same concept as the Korean "oppa". Calling a male "ge" (brother) means he is in an age group that you might consider when choosing a partner. Calling a male "Uncle" is ranking him as someone in the parent-league (meaning too old to ever be considered bf material). That's why Lao Wen was more comfortable with Ah Xiang calling Ah Xu "Uncle". But "Uncle" makes Ah Xu feel like an old man, so Ah Xu much preferred to be called "ge".
Ah Xu is 30 already
Yh I remember when she was dying
the problem every step-parent has to face😅
and the unruly daughter told all of her dad's bad sides to her new dad. "you're tricked by my dad into marriage, you know." 👧
🤣🤣🤣
Watching this scene making me cry. The writer really setting up for us to cry later.
Zhou zhishu is feeling offended for calling him uncle. It seems they should have called him brother-in-law😊😊
Step dad it is
If only they can just stay this way until the end, we know what happened next broke our hearts 💔💔💔😭😭😭
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 don't remind me I've tried to erase that scene from my mind and firmly believe the wedding went without a hitch and they are living happily in their dessert shop 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
but spoiler...
from the novel...they reincarnated and lived wonderful lives are destined partners since birth
@@seunghoessangwoo4101 yes I heard this they are both born with matching red lines on their wrist from the bracelets so village calls them destined
@@Dracojax yeah...their journey to reincarnation was so sweet and so moving. Plus...Cao Weining display his ultimate love for her...willing to wait for her and see her happy. It moved the people guiding them to the point they were bestowed the red strings and plus I believe the bracelet brought amazing fortunes as they were born into loving families. I was swooning the entire time
Sis is fed up with her brother’s geek self 😂😂😂
i honestly cried when they both died on their wedding day😭
The happiest thing was that Cao dage and Xiang met after death, were reborn with the red string marks and then got married. I cried a lot at their deaths.
Obviously he wouldn't let any one address him 'Ah xu ' other than himself
The emotions one feels throughout this series are remarkable! It will always be one of my all time favorites
All fun at first but this ep broke my heart 😭 poor our young couple
This is hilarious 🤣😂🤣
Yeah 😂😂
Man, I can't watch scenes with those two anymore. They made it to the 35th episode 😭 one more episode just one more 😖
The title's straight and on-point 🤭😳👌
Did I say straight? Wait- I do apologize for my own mistake, I forgot that these two are already bended as is, and how their wedding ceremony began by just putting a hairpin in the other's hair 😂💕
(It might be simple as that but words that were spoken of cannot be taken lightly during the ceremony since it's a vow that'll last between sacred souls 💞✋😔)
When I Watched this episode my tears turned from happy to sad in mins
CAPITIONS are the one that led me here even though I have already watched the series
Title is hilarious.. Almost 100 times I watched this episode.. In fact entire drama I have watched n number of times.. That much I like it.. Hatsoff to entire crew
I wish I had the creativity of the people who write these titles!!
Im cry so hurt after this scene ah xiang love is no joke
Who make the title🤣🤣🤣 he doesn't disappoint
The title doesn't actually work. Calling a step-parent aunt or uncle is normal in Chinese culture. Calling him "uncle" is actually acknowledging him as family.
Chengling calls WKX uncle and that's more like ZZS'S adopted son. A'Xiang is more of a sister since he was so young when he took her in as well and didn't have the facilities to parent. So I think on the drama's part these titles were okay just maybe the title of the video itself
Bother Zi shu 👏👏👏😂😂😂❤️💙
Which episode?
The subtitles wrote master zhu hmm🤔🤔hey!.. how am I suppose to learn Chinese when the subtitles don’t correspond with what they are saying 🤔🤔.
Lmao the caption😂
Drama name
Both should be called "ge" in chinese culture..:) They both are in late 20s. Uncle is a bit of too old:).
2:08 🤣
and then she died
Ep?
Ep:35 I think
So like I'm on the middle of the series do they get together? Or am I stupid?
They die i guess
No I think they become immortals
Title 😅
Word 0f Honor
Drama name in english ? Thank.
World of honor
Name of the drama ??
World of honor
应该叫周大嫂
哈哈哈笑死
1:13 enjoying watching his happy husband acting like a strict parent
1:18 obedient and timid WKX (for ZZS only) 😁💖
Wait so this is a gay drama
Yes. It's based on a BL (boys love) novel, but they toned it down in the drama to make sure it passed the censorship board.
Duh..
U have been watching it without knowing/researching about it??
