I would argue that ZZS's injury is a might more painful than a scratch. It looks like the hit pushed one of the nails further into his meridian, which we know is painful as fuck. But poor Chengling getting ignored😭.
I don't know how I feel about the two assassins running after Wen Kexing showed up. I guess they felt they could take Zishu alone and that was only due to the nails. But basically both Zishu and Kexing took out one male assassin each. And I suppose the plot wasn't ready to wipe out most of the scorpion gang in one night.
They did take out one each, but consider this. The assassins had already seen ZZS take on all three of them while injured. Then WKX comes along, clearly uninjured and obviously furious, and they don't know what he's capable of. So, their number already cut in half (SK aside), they decide to retreat and regroup rather than fight. But yes, from a plot perspective, it wouldn't have been good to wipe out the majority of an antagonist group in one sequence. 😅
