Great work, always nice to see a solid wood piece brought back to life. Paint is fine in some instances but you restored this beauty to what it was intended to be.
Great job. They look awesome. I love the style too. Although if they had been for me, I wouldn’t stain them. I like light wood color better. Wishing you the best from Puerto Rico🏖
that's funny! I picked that exact set up this week in Mesa, different legs but the same design. If you take a 50/50 mix of wood filler and water after you get your end grain to 220 hit it with that mix and sand at 220 again you will get rid of your dark end grain edges. Nice job

Thanks 👍
They turned out beautifully!!
Thank you so much!
Glad that you removed the paint. Also liked the stain color. I enjoyed the video.
Thank you so much.
Yes they did turn out great. Mid century colonial style. All they need now is to be set on a braided oval rug flanking a tweed skirted couch.
Spot on! Thanks!
Lol.. Legs with a little bit of sass! Omg.. Love it. Fantastic job on them😅

these came out beautiful!!
I don’t understand why you didn’t stain the bottoms tho 🤔 feels a little unfinished like that.
They were unfinished originally. Nobody sees them so it is a waste of materials. Thanks for the comments!
They look great! How nice to work with solid wood. No worries about burning through veneer. Do you sell your work or keep it? Just curious.
These I sold, but I have kept some of my pieces. Thanks!
These I sold, but I do keep some of my pieces. Thanks!
How old do you think they are? I have some similar ones in my attic that belonged to my grandmother.
They were not marked, but if I had to guess I would say late 50's to early 60's.
@@Randyshufflesfurniture Thanks, that was my guess too.
Those should go quickly
They look
Great!
