I like the video..... What I want to ask is that which month we have to keep different the female bee queen.......
the original video if from Andre Fraser channel ..
Giant hornet All time fav dish for Nagas ..
N Somehow its similar to harvest but here in Nagaland we don't use drone instead we climb tall tree to track the hornet, n after successful we dug up a hole n put the nest inside and in the month of October November we harvest the hornet .... 😁😁😁
The taste of this bee dish really makes us remember it forever if we try it once, doesn't it, my friend?

South Asia bro
@@9TF_SAIYANgeographically yes south asia. But ethnically we are southeast Asians.
Finally “Naga manu comment”it’s a delicacy for us as well and quite expensive
But that's not the original hornet bee....
Original hornet are found in Nagaland, much bigger in size and colour too abit different ...
They don't build their hive in open space.... They build their hive underground...
In NAGALAND we just love eating ...but we dont look for sustainable thing as Bee play a vital role in environment .. mostly at the time of harvesting, we just burned the hives so almost all the bees would eventually die .. people here dont use protective gear or any equipment for sustainability...
There's one @hornetking official channe from western side where he would extract it and feed them to chicken or squirrel ..as an Asian i feel so loss 😂😂😂

In countries where this species of bees exists, they often live in the forest, but perhaps China is the pioneer in bringing them to the garden as shown in the video.
Why don't you rear it
Good one cos around 300 to 400 dollars here in Nagaland
It's an expensive dish
Over 25% people of Naga's live in poverty, and rather than help your fellow man you'll spend good money on a "delicacy".
It's the same in the UK. People will spend good money on rubbish like this, just because they can. Think Caviar.

Hi shinfarm1502
You said “all worker bees and male bees dies” in your videos at (3:26). The confusion is you said again in the video at 3:46 “at this time people are looking for male bee to fertilize the queen bee”. So how is it possible that before hibernation all male and worker bee were death…… how will you find the male bees after that?

In arunachal poor people can also afford to eat easily..

Wow, ao many other food sources or insects easier to raise and harvest, without any danger or bad effects. Surprising such energy is wasted on this with such limited return. I think I would raise rabbits, get far more return, and feeds much more people.
In China and some Indian border areas, they are very expensive and sought after.
It looks really dangerous. But in return they probably receive a lot of money
That's right, these wasp farmers must be truly brave people
@@shinfarm1502 Is the sting of this bee dangerous to life?
@@Samdiscoverystudio In the video I mentioned that issue
How can we keep safe the bee queen in the month of december to February? What food do we need to provide them?
During hibernation, what you need to do is create a suitable space for the queen bee to rest. During that time, there is no need to feed.

It's not lost in translation, it's just that some people are stoopid.

India favorite food 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤😋😋😋😋
Probably a bad idea as the honey bee is more valuable to our survival, they pollinate, so raising a species that can wipe them out is not worth whatever marginal profit it brings
These farms are few in number and will not affect our honey bee hives much.
@@shinfarm1502 good, so there was planning involved, side note, do honey bee farmers in general have effective defenses established for giant hornet attacks? The reason I ask is that the giant hornets have appeared in the US's northwest
@@robertmacias7920Not sure if you know this, but certain species of bees in Asia also found ways to live with them. They'll lure them near the hive, and then swarm the hornet in a "bee ball" to use their body heat to kill it. It's only a problem when they spread to places that it's not native to. From what I learned, North American bees haven't learned this behavior yet.
When is the perfect time to choose the queen?
Wasps and hornets are not bees. They might be in the same order but they are not the same species.
Thank you very much for your comments, I will improve and try harder in the following videos. Good luck to you.

Wasps are also bees, sorry for the inconsistency in the name
I want to buy that Jacket?? Where to find
I'm sorry I can't help you
Why does he call them bees when hey are part of the wasp family?
Sorry for the mistake, I just wanted to call them short. Because wasps are basically a type of bee.
The larvae can be cooked and dried and store in a close lit containers for years and eat it during off season. Trust me.
Thank you for sharing, you have helped me gain more knowledge about this bee
is there a reason the narrator keeps on calling them bees? what am i missing?
As far as I know, the hornet is also a type of bee. I apologize for using inappropriate words.
Haha....Naga food🫣🫣🫣
Farming ANYTHING has proven to be a bad idea.
One reason is that this is a long-standing custom in their country.
@@shinfarm1502 I understand that. But we typically over do farming, due to need or greed, and unforeseen problems arise.
Look at the troubles the world's governments are having due to farming people. How about the environmental damage from farming beef?
All mass farming ends up being bad.
Wait until some rich asshole sees your video and decides to "invest in giant hornet farming". Then he hires locals to do the work on an industrial scale, because it's tradition, and money, they take the job.
How well do you think the Forest will do if an EXTRA hundred more people were there to harvest wild hornets.
I wasn't knocking their tradition, I'm more concerned about the industrialization of their tradition, and what it might mean for the environment or the Natives who's tradition it actually is.
@@BeastOuncelifeian Thank you very much for your comments, I never want bad things to happen to the ecosystem. I just want to spread videos about unique agriculture around the world for everyone to know.
