Bike is coming along canny. Thicker oil in the forks may help when dropping them through the yoke. In the seat, drill a few holes and stick bolts through before you cover over with padding, securing them with abit weld/chemical metal. Then you can stick a nut on to mount it from underneath through a hole in the frame or original brackets?... also what about little round indicators to cap off the frame where you chopped it +side mount number plate. Anyway just rambling on. Good luck with it.
Cheers dude. I actually put the forks back to standard as dropping them ruined the stance of the bike for me. Good shout on the seat pan, I've basically done that but using rivnuts instead 👌🏻
Ash, I like your videos. As you pretty much stand and film in the same spot in your van why don't you use manual settings? Kick in a bit of ISO so you can close down your Aperture and get a deeper Depth of Field. You'd control the fluctuation in light and focus when editing.
Buke is looking good , but as an old fart I hate seeing good condition bikes being chopped lol , your bike though and I still look forwards to seeing the finished product.
Hi Ash, you mentioned abit ago that you were going to get a bigger van so you could get a bike in it, now you have a bike and have plenty of time what with the lockdown are you looking and going to get one ? Bike looks amazing , can’t wait to see the finished product, totally love what your all doing and also, love the chickens, there so tame. Zoe 😁
There was lamenting and gnashing of teeth somewhere in Virago heaven when that frame was cut. 😂. Best thing that bike ever saw was an angle grinder. Sorry about the lense though, that didn’t deserve the wrath of the angle grinder. Been watching your early Europe vids, great.
Cheers Gary. Unfortunately part of the deal was no contact which is fair enough I guess. I did receive a couple of updated a few months in though and he was doing great in his new home. how to get stickers is in the video description dude 👊🏻
I’m impressed so far that bike looks sexy af as for the camera I have a pal on UA-cam that can really help you may already know him ken from America cameras are his thing I’ll get his UA-cam name for you his a good guy no bs straight experience talk

I suppose your putting a bar across the back os your back end dose not fold on you if your going to be riding it fast or over bumpy roads .
I will be yes to hold the brake light👌🏻
Are you gonna carve "Pollard Bobber" out of an oak branch and replace the yamaha and virago insignia? :)

Haha yea it does look good, bit pricey at the mo though. Will wait until they start popping up used

Now that you've chopped it all off! Does the Bobber become a Bobbitt?

Why don't you use a ND filter to protect your lenses and just remove it when you absolutely have to?
