I put a giant battery in the back that weighs almost exactly the same as the quest 3, it takes all of the weight off the facial interface and makes it much less likely to droop down my eyes in action heavy games without having to tighten down my halo style strap much at all. I tried much lighter and smaller batteries, but my preference is the perfectly balanced setup. Give it a try and see what you think. Even with the stock strap+ the giant battery pack I found that i didn't have to tighten the straps more than 30% as hard as without it.
