"I am still so bad at intros" "You're just out of practice!" = CUTEST.
that was my favorite bit in the whole video, because Lizzie for a moment abandons her screen persona and she's just herself, picking up a dialogue with Darcy that we didn't hear the beginning of. That bit in itself was so full of the year we never saw, of the Lizzie behind the camera - it was the most intimate thing we ever witnessed in a way, because it felt almost like a BTS scrap of video than part of what we're used to get. I loved it.
@@MirandaScully If you want to see more of this Lizzie, I highly, HIGHLY recommend reading the book "The Secret Diary of Lizzie Bennet" which is based on the series. There are some really great Dizzie moments that don't make it to screen, and it's really just a great book in general. It's not in the year between, instead the narrative runs parallel to the web series, but it's still fantastic if you want more content!!

@@lhdr_ No, as far as I understand. They had a table read session of the script back in 2017 (Ashley posted about that on Twitter), Berney Su comented on photos, said there were working on something, but didn't confirm anything specific.
So we just have to wait, I guess... If they haven't realized the script yet, they must still have plans on it
Ashley Clements has a Patreon exclusive thing where she talks about the script and the writing process. I think some scenes are acted out w certain actors like DVG (Darcy). Saw it on her IG

At the end when they didn't kiss Darcy was just silently amused and slightly disappointed and and and and and i cAN'T DEAL WITH IT.

I JUST REALIZED! "I suppose I can't fault you for that." In the book/movie, when Caroline and Lizzie "walk about the room" and try to make fun of him, he says the whole "My good opinion once lost is lost forever" thing. and Lizzie says "I suppose I can't fault you for that."
They don't kiss in this one and the only reason I got is that Darcy's tie is inside his waistcoat. :'D

orasion64 The newsboy cap and bowtie were mostly featured in Lizzie's portrayal of Darcy during her reenactments, before his actual appearance in episode 60. He did don his hat and bowtie in person during episode 80, when he roleplayed himself in one of those reenactments. I'm not gonna lie, he wears it pretty damn well.

You don't realize how much you miss these two till you finally realize that it's over. We may not ever see these two again but I enjoyed them while they lasted. I will never forget this William Darcy and Lizzie Bennet EVER. They will always have a special place in my heart.
this makes me so sad but you’re right-it might be a long time, if ever, we’ll get to see them again, and I feel the same! they’ll ALWAYS hold a special place in my heart, too. this whole production, the actors, the writers, they made it possible for us to see lizzie and darcy in the modern world, in such an innovative format.

Sean William Calhoun No. :D Darcy used that word in the episode 61 when Lizzie asked about her videos. Darcy says: "It was illuminating. You called me a robot... and a newsie." - meaning that after watching those videos Darcy was finally able to see Lizzie's feelings towards him.

Man, this is the only webseries I cared to watch and it's just sooooo immersive. I just see Lizzie and Darcy when I watch them, and not the actors. And their chemistry is just palpable. I can't watch without squeeing or covering my face because it feels like I'm intruding on something private. XD

Having read The Secret Diary of Lizzie Bennet, I will say that the letter was exciting to read, but the stories are primarily told a lot better in Lizzie's videos, especially the one where Gigi tells the story about what happened between her and George. Also, as that story is told from Gigi's perspective, it gets into a lot more detail than Darcy's letter.

how can people complain that Dizzie are "too perfect" and lovey-dovey?? that's exactly what the fandom wants to see! and the characters have always shown more than most would normally put in public videos, because it's a fictional webseries, so it only makes sense that they would continue in that vein and be comfortably affectionate, not all professional and honestly kinda boring.

The perfection of casting and storyline still haunt me. I guess that makes it so hard to accept that the series is over. I could keep watching and watching. It's so much harder than any end of any film. Astonishingly great. Every single time.

what an incredible web series!! had me addicted all day long (yes I watched all 100 episodes in one day:D) well done, what a brilliant cast and set of writers, producers etcetera.
