      I wouldn't call him a true specialist. He knows enough to go over the basics with highschoolers. He's not an Olympic weightlifting coach.

    I have watched a lot of videos on proper technique for the clean. This is far and away the best one. This guy is an awesome trainer; I wish I could train under him.

    I may not give up on cleans after all. I am unable to catch or front squat in the power position. I can only do them if I'm "standing tall". This sheds some light on my issue. Thank you.

      Jamoke Anderson work on it at a lower weight or with the bar as a warmup and get warm with the movement before going heavier

    Great efforts and nice demonstration. I struggle all the time with the part of lifting the bar by hips. I hope you have a good clue how to make it easier so that I can increase bb weight

    Still using this in 2023. The mobility aspect of that front rack can't be emphasized enough. The TRX, bands , T-Spine, and floor drills for wrist mobility are what made the catch safe for my lower arms as loads exceeded bodyweight.
