Uni is probably my favorite flavor on this planet, second to wagyu steak. It is the wagyu of the ocean, super buttery, melt in the mouth, oceanic flavor, and absolutely delicious.
These things are low-key like lobster, people used to call them pest/sea cockroaches. Now they're around $200 on some fancy ass restaurants. Nice you can get these free by diving in places like Australia or Bali.
