Perregaux & Co., Zanuti & Cie. and Siber & Brennwald, allowing him to obtain exclusive imported timepieces and machinery... then the Torque-Zero adopted those old movements creating a sophisticated enforcement of mechanical-quartz simultaneously in one.
The technical expertise I don't contest it, I am a big GS lover, I own a GS watch but the design just look like another boring ultra expensive Swiss watch

At this rate the stop second is difficult to achieve, and 28800 vibrations per hour means the escapement ticks 8 times per second. He described a 16th note feel means there is an added sound of the constant-force impact every second, with a special stop wheel to regulate the timing and produce the sound. This movement is an engineering marvel!

I loved the watch as a Grand Seiko creation at first. But after seeing the $350k price tag, I think that they have lost the plot.
they only make 20 pieces which pretty much tells you how much effort they have to put to make this watch.
