Hello i tried this recipe and it turned out to be really well. I doubled the quantity, except in case with garm masala and black cardamom. I also did not blend the Bay leafs along with purée just fried them and kept them aside. One more thing i felt i should have done was to fry the panner before adding coz my family likes it that way. When i tried this sabzi a day after it got even more magical! Just like Resturant so thank you, this was the first time i tried your recipe now will keep following it ❤️

I suggest, fry the paneer lightly, then keep them in lukewarm water for 5 mins and then use it. That way the paneer will be cooked, soft and will absorb enough gravy. I tried it and it turned out to be really good...
@@bandedaputt3519 when you simply soak it, u dont get rid of the rawness. On the other hand lightly frying it, then soaking it in lukewarm water, and then using it while cooking makes it taste more succulent...
