Good video Tayo, it is great to see this ongoing development. I am just a little concerned of the other implications that having the US consulate there could potentially cause. Obviously there will be heightened security as is with all things American, so this will affect free movement in and out of the area for leisure and tourism. It is tradition in Nigeria. Well-planned and rightly developed cities in Nigeria take time to materialize. Abuja for example was like that at inception. Even in the early 1990s when the Nigerian Seat of government was moved to Abuja from Lagos, the development rate then was slow and different from what we have there today. Wish it comes with a new Airport. I dread coming to Lagos cos of the Airport. Also the distance between Lekki to the Airport. I missed my flight twice.
As an American 2.4 million for this will not fly! We would expect high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and a gourmet kitchen just for starters. In NYC one of the most expensive cities in the U.S. at that price you can get much more. You can't even say you are paying for the views bc they aren't even spectacular. This is a hard pass!!
The question is the amount of space plus this price is speculative cause this area is developing and Lagos Prognosed to superseed NY in population soon. When NY is stagnant Lagos will grow for the mid of 21th century its expected the city surpasses the 40 Mio mark.
They should charge 500K. People will not pay 2M for a place in the middle of nowhere no matter what the master plan is. If they pay 2M as a speculative investment what is the upside for them? They want peole to believe the value will rise avove NYC real estate priceb ?? 🤔🤔 🤔
Kudos to you tayo for this video. The architectural design speaks for itself with the open plan, given each room a good view with ample natural light. Justice was not done to the interior design. I hope they can employ the service of good interior designer to give the interior spaces a befitting look that commiserate with the amount.

Good content placed my brother well done! I can see a lot improvement since when you last showed footage of Eku city Atlantic
I didn’t get the lady’s name. She looked very professional, relaxed and did a good job. Went back to the beginning - jojolara
I love jojo Lara's accent, she's so gorgeous.
I think I am first to view this time. Nice apartment . Soup way sweet na money finish am
Now dis is di way ma brodas !!! Build more housing like dis 👍👍
This is beautiful, but so expensive
Try watch the video on how they reclaimed the land and did the ground project before talking. Again, it is not for everyone.
@@FERESE it’s for looters and political class. No salary earner can buy a unit here.
We did enjoy it as always.
Nice video, Tayo. Expensive property, though. Wow, U.S. Consulate is moving to Eko Atlantic! Excellent job, Tayo 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Consulate. Embassy remains in Abuja
@@therealist2866 🙏🏽 My bad 😀
Not True. They Will Always Stay Their Own Stand Alone Building

Took a tour of the Azuri towers 2 months ago and it was fantastic :) Thank you for sharing this video (VISUALS 🔥)

My goodness, a house or apartment with NATURAL light. This is unusual for Nigeria where houses tend to be stuffy, dark & gloomy inside.
When you talk about houses that are stuffy and dark inside probably on the mainland where there is overcrowding, I don't think it applies to the highbrow areas on the island
@@chinedukeshi7282 even in the high brow areas many houses shown on UA-cam are dark inside.
Really beautiful, you are doing a great job tayo
the girl's accent caught me by surprise! wow!
What a beautiful site
@Tayo Love your channel bro. Keep up with the massive content
I like the views, how spacious it is, and the art.
Looking forward on you sir
Wish it comes with a new Airport. I dread coming to Lagos cos of the Airport. Also the distance between Lekki to the Airport. I missed my flight twice.
There’s a new airport undergoing construction right now
Wow! Well spaced
I'm even blown away watching this video
As an American 2.4 million for this will not fly! We would expect high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and a gourmet kitchen just for starters. In NYC one of the most expensive cities in the U.S. at that price you can get much more. You can't even say you are paying for the views bc they aren't even spectacular. This is a hard pass!!
I think the views ain't spectacular yet because the area is still developing. Just my thoughts anyway
I was also expecting different flooring instead of tiles.
This was super excellent!!
Wow really nice apartment but the price is something else
Wow is nice♥️♥️😍
Kudos to you tayo for this video. The architectural design speaks for itself with the open plan,
given each room a good view with ample natural light. Justice was not done to the interior design. I hope they can employ the service of good interior designer to give the interior spaces a befitting look that commiserate with the amount.
Tayo should be in capital T. Love his vloggs
Beautiful place in Lagos

This is mad cheap, I'm buying this.
I love your videos TAYO
Nigeria is trying though I wouldn’t price this at millions of USD too pricey for such environment with No middle class. It will take forever to get close to maximum capacity.
By the way Tayo I love your videos🙂keep up the good work man…..
Amazing work all the time Tayo! you keep me motivated!!!
watching wonderful videos and contents in this channel ... thanks for the share. Subbed ! a fellow creator
Very excited for these visuals and developments.
Africans gladly sell their souls to materialism and the illusions of "development" (which in actuality should be called "westernization"). This kolonial mentality is the biggest obstacle to your true development. You're addicted to everything that is incompatible with your natural existence.
