how about those lease to own scheme, its you rent for a couple of years, then you can opt to buy it over with part of the rental/lease paid being counted as the deposit..?

This is just one part of the many student housing buildings of a funding starved public university.. I got evicted from this apartment because i couldn't afford to pay rent. Go figure lol
$250k a month and higher? That's like purchasing a multimillion dollar mansion per year. A multimillion dollar jet every few years. That's $3 million a year that I could invest. Unless you can write this off of your taxes, this is kind of a waste of money. But if you have it to spend, go for it.

I am a realtor in Dubai. Some of these rents are True but they all are Annual rents not monthly. There is no monthly rentals here in dubai
