Be aware that the annual property taxes and HOA dues on most of these homes will be a fortune as well. I'm a Colorado native and know the areas where these homes sit. Nice but $$$$$$$, maybe a tad overpriced which is why they drop the prices so much.

That's not the most expensive home in Colorado! There is a 279 million dollar property listing. That has a mansion a off grid cabin. A helicopter and airstrip. A gun range a resort two restaurants. A 50 million dollar car collection A observatory and if that isn't enough enough desert land that's equal to 18 central parks with a mountain and a whole crap load of fossils

NOT one of those dwellings is worth the money asked for (hoped to get)! Several of the views are lovely & the privacy would be heavenly; however, even those two positives would NEVER add up to the price being asked. Give me a cozy cottage in a quaint English village over any of those over priced dwellings any old day!
