This is a couple of things I do which have helped me get skin without any acne and glowing all day.
- Use a gentle face wash that eliminates excess oil and cleans your skin well. I recomment littlleextra rriiceberry face wash only as it balances the skin pH too.
- Eat a healthy diet. Stay away from oily, junk, and spicy foods. Choose vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals.
- Exercise helps purify impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body.
- Stay away from touching your face often because our hands are generally full of germs that can cause acne when they touch the face.
- Weekly, use an oil or serum for a facial massage to improve circulation.
- Weekly, do a cleanup routine: cleansing, steaming, scrub, apply a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes.
- Washn your brushes and other items you use because they can harbor germs that can cause pimples when they come into contact with your skin.
In the past, I used to have clear skin. However, lately, I began developing acne breakouts. I didn't know that the harsh face wash I was using was in fact drying up my skin. After I replaced it with this gentle cleanser and used a moisturising cream with it, all my breakouts stopped. Thank you Litttleextra rice berry.
Using this rice berry facewash together with riceberry vitamin c serum. As a result, my face is consistently bright and glowing.

I am a 40 year old male and have excessively oily and sweaty skin. Thankfully my skin is smooth with no acne. Was using Neutrogena's Face Wash for Oily skin twice a day until 14 days ago without any toner/serum/moisturizer. 2 more facewashes which I have used in the past that I found very good were Garnier Men Acno Fight and Himalaya Neem face wash. Especially the Garnier one is excellent as it cools the skin due to menthol, reduces acne, makes the skin glow and in general makes it feel healthy. However oilyness used to come back every morning and evening after 6-7 hours on the forehead maybe because of eating oily/junk food and not completing the skin care routine. So made a change.....
Have recently started using Dr Sheths foaming face wash (2% Salicyclic Acid), followed by Lacto Calamine Toner for Oily skin, followed by Lacto Calamine's Serum for Oily Skin (2% Salicyclic Acid)....Morning and Evening.
My question is do I need to now use Oil free Moisturizer and Sunscreen also to complete the cycle or avoid it as my skin doesnt seem dry at all after applying the above 3 products? Also not planning to use any sunscreen as I mostly stay indoors in AC environment for 24 hours.

Hello the video is very informative, thank you! I'm 25 years old and I recently started getting severe acne and I can't seem to find the root cause of it. Also i don't know my skin type, sometimes it feels very dry and sometimes it's just normal with moisture. I have started reequil moisturizer with hyaluronic and ceramide, could that be the reason for the acne? I'm very confused.

Ma'am sirf oral suppliments 2 mahine se jyda use nhi karna hai ya ye bat skin care products par bhi laagu hoti hai, means apne jaise skin care products bataye or uske baad skin normal ho gyi to kya fir skin products change karne padhenge according to present skin type. Namaskar 🙏 , Dr. Pls suggest nice lotion or oil that can be used on face for massage... I do get pimples , have sensitive skin (age 41)... Right now I use sunscreen by ipca Acne _UV... Should I use same during winter... And i use facewash glambak oil control...
